Follow-up on Jared's dox. Our boy here ended up giving one of us access to his Discord account and what we found and archived was pretty enlightening. No, I have no idea what compelled him into doing such a thing.
You guys already know who Senpaishome is. One of the more well known ISWV youtubers that occasionally gets into spats with Rekieta, ThatUmbrellaGuy and so on on Twitter. I added some screens of him flirting with Jared on Twitter which you can find in the dox.

Apparently, flirting on public posts wasn't the only thing Sen did with Kitty, as the both of them had some pretty detailed things to say to each other in private Discord DMs.
The following are screens of some of the cringiest shit they exchanged between each other. Keep in mind that the one catfishing Sen is a 34 year old man pretending to be a girl. I also had to censor some of the screenshots as both Jared and Sen shared anime child porn between each other, which was something Sen had no issue doing.

Senpaishome is already fully aware that Jared Palmer/Kitty has been doxed as he made a Youtube video where he talks about it, even showing edited snippets of some of the screens above in it. Unfortunately, him being aware means there might've been more degenerate shit he probably deleted by the time we got our hands on Jared's account.

It's likely he's gloating since he never expected anyone to get their hands on screens of the rest of his interaction with Kitty. Though, truth be told, we never thought Jared would share his account with us the way he did either.

So, I guess he and the supergirl spin off got canceled? I really haven't been following the subplots this season.

They don't have much left besides a boring Let's Play channel. Doing what I almost expect the Funi cast doing in 3 years or so. Just LARPing as cartoons characters playing Slender. I still think that TFS pulled the plug on DBZA because Toei is crunching down on Sabat. If he really was taking a cut of TFS's profits then that could be bad for him to come out.

Lie Twitter keeps up the bullshit. Almost all the response to the briefs has been critical. Also sad tuba is wrong on both the things he's harping on. After the issue was briefed by both sides, anything further is a sur-reply.
We had the original opening brief, which would have been styled archaically with Mignogna as the plaintiff-in-error in some old courts, which would list the appellant as the plaintiff on appeal, whether or not he'd been the plaintiff or defendant in the trial court.
Then all the other parties responded to that. After that, it was fully briefed.
So any subsequent briefing by any party on the main case is a sur-reply.
Then you had the cross-appeal limited to the issue of fees. In that, MoRon are the plaintiff-in-error. So in MoRon, MoRon filed their own opening brief which only applies to Vic.
Now, Vic has responded to the MoRon appeal. Now, that case is fully briefed.
So any response by MoRon is a sur-reply, as is any response by Vic to that, and as is any final briefing by MoRon in response to Vic's own sur-reply, as is any final briefing by Marchi and Funimation in the main case.
We'll see if he's right about the word count. They do appear to be over by the aggregate rule. If they are because of the cross appeal I'm sure the appeals court will let them know. Or obviously they could be notified by motion by a party.
The reply to Funimation was actually 6,176 (at least according to the certificate) and according to the certificate, the one to Marchi doesn't actually have any words in it, it's just blank.
More of that attention to detail there.

Add up the certified words. 11,571 for the initial brief, 5,722 for MoRonica 6,176 for Funimation, blank for Marchi. Her's is the longest at 37 pages and there are only 3531 words left. They're over, even if you exclude MoRonica's appeal.
