I don't speak Troonish but if I were to guess, I think they didn't want "Transwoman" to be a noun. They wanted it to be an adjective, so it describes a type of real woman (like black women, lesbian women etc).

That actually makes sense, doesn't change anything about trannies, but makes sense. While I don't think that highly about troons I do admire their dedication to and success in language control. Unfortunately they will get the same treatment as those trying to change language around disability, namely no matter what you call it people always know that what it's describing is bad thing. Troons will not get to point with language where people will see them as real women or men. No biology is too oblivious and meaningful to completely abandon and troons don't measure up.

You're getting your Munchhausen mums mixed up here. mimmymum is Helen Islan, who persuaded the police to take Miranda Yardley to court for linking to a photo of her tranny kid that she herself had posted.
