That... wasn’t what the court said at all though? The court said that the TCPA was valid and that the case did not need to proceed. That’s all.
Do you think that this means he has to label as a sexual predator now? This was a civil case, not criminal.

You know, I'm sure hearing something like "This character was my favorite in the show," only to find out it was your significant other is really sweet. Hearing Ron, who on every instance, say that every single one of his favorite anime has starred Monica as a main character/main cast member, as well as what he considers his "Waifu" to be one that she voiced, it starts leaning into creepy levels of obsession.

The wording is different. It's "privilege", not power. Vic got groupies into bed so they could have check out the alchemy of Edward Elric and the mouth-coffee of Tamaki.
Chuck was also adamant that Vic never went anywhere without consent.

I think he asked Siri in the middle of it what rational inference was and how to not look like a moron while speaking into a microphone, while in a deposition, to your co-workers, and say some really bad stuff.
