He actually was stealth - he's the guy who was on Survivor, and the second time around another player outed him at Tribal Council.
The show checked with him first to see if he was ok with them airing any of it, and he agreed, but he'd already made it near the end his previous time as just a gay guy, rather than as a troon.
Edit: @docuseal got there first. I will say, FtMs who grow beards can pass more easily just because beard = man. So an effeminate man being gay and having the requisite facial hair growth the longer he was on the show is a lot less clockable than most troons.
