Who came up with the "it's just their culture" bullshit? It wasn't their culture for a long until the end of the 20th century. Of course it's not like that with Hispanics because they have enough self respect to be something when they grow up. Throwing away food to fish out the snacks, smashing laptops for fun. Honestly why even have them go to school in the first place if they give no fucks about learning? Hate to say this but it makes a good argument for the ethnic cleansing of certain communities.

School just provides a respite for their single moms; it's free glorified daycare and that's it.

I think compulsory education should only go to maybe eighth grade and then the feral kids should be able to drop out and sell drugs or start an OnlyFans or whatever the best money-making scheme is now. Shitty urban areas could probably consolidate all of the remaining kids who actually want to continue with their educations into one local high school and perhaps some real learning could take place, or at least be attempted without constant fights, threats, and distractions.
