To my knowledge the infamous video wasn’t the one that killed him, but it was some other time off-camera because he did it so often.

If I recall it was "complications" that killed him; the story I remember hearing was that he took horse dick, perforated his colon in the process, went drinking afterwards (booze essentially acts as a blood thinner and any chance for the perforation to clot or close became non-existent) and he bled out internally.

It's phenomenally easy for people who are dedicated to being ass clowns to find time for their "hobbies" while still putting up the farce of being a family man, whether that means having other families on the side or chopping up your landlord in the basement.
