Minor tangent here, but I'd like to clarify the situation regarding Timbit and her condition. The
feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and the
feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) are different diseases. They're both retroviruses, but beyond that they're not related at all. The prognosis for cats infected with those diseases is also quite different. FeLV is often a death sentence for cats (especially kittens, they can be born infected from their mothers and often don't survive 6 months). Occasionally an infected cat can stay asymptomatic for its entire life, and on rarer occasions its immune system can kill off the infection, but in my personal experience I'd estimate at least 90% of cats who become infected will die from it, and have significantly shortened lifespans as a result. By contrast, FIV is more manageable a condition, and many cats who get infected with it live out their entire lives without showing any symptoms.
If Cuntal was correct in saying Timbit had feline leukemia (I'd doublecheck for myself but I can't bring myself to listen to her blather right now, ugh), then the deathfatty's own cats are in
serious danger. FeLV is
highly contagious and is primarily transmitted through kitty saliva and kitty sneezes. If those cats share food bowls, water bowls, litter boxes, etc., BBJ and Sam are going to end up infected. The disease can even be transmitted animal to animal by a human, if they pet an infected cat that recently cleaned themselves and then pet a non-infected cat who then grooms themselves. (By contrast, FIV needs to enter the bloodstream to infect a cat, and is most often spread through bites inflicted during cat fights, so the danger to other cats in the same household is much much less so long as the animals don't end up regular territorial disputes).
If that lazy bitch doesn't get both her cats vaccinated against FeLV ASAP, she's going to
kill her cats. Hell, it may already be too late. BBJ is already elderly with failing health, so she'd likely be a goner very quickly if she catches it. Now, it's possible both cats have been previously vaccinated by a vet, but FeLV vaccinations are not required by law anywhere I'm aware of (usually it's only required for rabies), and many vets won't routinely apply the vaccination unless the cats in question are outdoor cats. Also, the vaccine requires regular booster shots to remain effective, administered usually 3 years apart. I doubt she takes her cats in for yearly checkups like she should, so it's likely her cats have no protection against FeLV.

Cuntal doesn't deserve to have pets. She can't even take care of herself, let alone another living being who's dependent on her.
James doesn't really deserve to have pets either, since he allowed her to get infected and since she's had the disease for an unknown length of time.
