No. I honestly view Alex's progress to be a rough repeat of the Revolution 60 PC port saga. Minimal work done, completely ignored release dates, and common belief was that it would probably never happen up until the moment that it actually happened. It's been three months since the supposed "Osana was planned to be released on Valentine's Day" and she's still not out, so either the rival is still very unfinished (possible, but unlikely) or Alex really doesn't want to release her to the public and is doing everything possible to avoid doing so.

Unless Alex is planning to abandon development completely (the more time passes, the more likely this becomes), Osana will be released at some point but as to exactly when that will be you might as well just pick a random day and month. Alex could say she's being released next week, and I'd still laugh and not believe him up until the moment I saw the download link.

Considering the guy's history with this mess of a game, I doubt he will even release the game at all. He keeps claiming he's depressed and that "all the harassment" makes the delay longer and he will do this indefinitely.

And there are plenty of ways to make returning to the scene of the crime fun, all it takes is a little foresight and enough natural variety/randomness. Roguelikes are all about playing the same game hundreds of times, albeit randomised each time.

There is an old puzzle game called Neighbours from Hell about reality tv show in which one dude sneaks up to his neighbours home to set up some pranks and funny traps while remaining undetected. Every single mission happens in the same house, but placement and kinds of items you can found and use change depending on the scenario. I think Alex should take example out of that, because it shows great usage of the same environment thorough entire game.

The girl he talked to was 14 at the time, Alex claimed that she sent him pictures without telling her his age but there's no evidence for that. In order to believe Alex, you need to believe he thought that this girl:

And he wants you to believe that this girl, 8 years after the events, announced to the world an embarrassing 'relationship' with a public figure, and noted that her nudes (read: child pornography) are still out there last she checked.
