Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

No, everything is insane right now because they all thought that they had gotten away with this, and now they're realizing that there's no escaping it. I guess the best way to phrase all of this right now would be: Did you think that after they were caught red-handed they were just going to roll over and say, "Fair enough, you caught me." There was always going to be gnashing and kicking and screaming as all of these people--including members of the U.S. media-- came to understand that they willfully committed the biggest scandal in American history, and they left their fingerprints all over the room.

No one ever said that this was going to be pretty or that this was going to be easy, but remember: She was not supposed to lose. That's not just some slogan, that's not hyperbole and that's not glib condescension, I mean that in the most literal sense. None of this was ever supposed to see the light of day; she was supposed to be inaugurated, all of these people were supposed to be rewarded and promoted and Trump and Flynn and everyone in their orbit was supposed to spend the rest of their natural lives fighting lawsuits and trying to keep their asses out of prison.

She was not supposed to lose.
Hillary losing was the death knell to soooo many plans.
  1. Flooding illegal immigrants in to ensure constant control? Dead. (Proof of this, see California still desperately clinging to The Plan)
  2. Rejiggering the entire Justice Department and both the FBI and CIA to be permenent democrat controlled arms? Barr is quitely going Scorched Earth. ( https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...-deck-against-trump-at-the-justice-department )
  3. Literally EVERYTHING the Democrats are trying to push through as "Emergency Spending" in the repeatedly attempted bullshit bills in the House.

Kushner is singlehandedly importing more people than Obama did, even during the middle of a pandemic, and he's not even the President. Good luck getting Trump to cut out his son in law.

Look at this cope:

The Obama freak out is starting to make sense.

Remember the leaked phone call a few days ago where Obama said Flynn was being tried for perjury when he wasn't at the time?

Flynn is, as of yesterday, being tried for perjury by the judge, who has appointed a guy who wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post that the DOJ shouldn't get to drop its own case.

It's a hilarious coincidence.

Since when do the Department of the Treasury and the Ambassador to Italiy do "routine intelligence work?"

Giving maximum latitude:
The DoT might be involved in investigations about tracking funds from Russian sources
The Ambassador to Italy would need to be advised about any Russian intelligence operations that would involve Italy.

It is possible that they'd have legitmate need to be aware of the call and contents. But as Ryan Paul points out, this could have/should have been handled by a transcript. As it sits it looks more like calling a bunch of people down to listen and ask "does that sound like General Flynn to you?"

Now do the one where the Dems will try to justify Samantha Powers, Ambassador to the UN, asking seven times. It's great stuff.

Its impressive just how much power appointed judges and others who are on committees/subcommittees that are jobs for life can wield. Especially given that many of those are activist judges.
In example is Chesa Boudin

Chesa is the child of a terrorist who is now the DA of San Francisco who is taking a diferrent approach to crime. When he first got into office he cleaned house of anyone experience who didn't share his politics. He is also noteworthy for refusal to prosecute certain crimes as-well as dropping cases against offenders when there is video evidence of the attack.

Notedly, this is an obviously biased source but you can skim some facts about him.

I have a theory that threads all of these but it's kooky as shit.
It's 2020.

You know the rule of the current timeline: The more unlikely it is for something to happen or to be exposed as having happened, the more likely it is that the unlikely thing will turn out to be reality.

I call it: The Inverse Possibility of Reality.

I would agree with this except I'm dealing with a Federal Nature Reserve that was shelved during the Clinton Administration (~1999) only to be established through backdoor means in the closing days of the Obama Administration. (May 2016.)

Whatever plans they have will not be stopped unless the system is dismantled.

The Inverse Possibility of Reality.

Truly tinfoil hat stuff here. I'm guardedly certain about motivations and connections, by no means zealously positive.

Anyways.

I'm *generally* on board with Barr. I have a lot of respect for him. I think he's a morals over money kind of guy. I'm not saying he's 100% procedurally clean (I don't think he is), and he views the POTUS position a bit more of a monarch role than I would like, but I think it's very safe to say he hates pedophiliac operations with a passion.

My evidence for this is strictly circumstantial and mostly confined to more recent happenings.

Take Jefferey Epstein. The guy had been coming and going for over a decade after his sex offender status. The impetus for reopening the case was actually congressman Ben Sasse causing a ruckus. However, Bill Barr was 2 weeks or less from his confirmation as Attorney General for the second time. I find it really hard to believe an incoming nominee (who has already held the position) wouldn't have been at least generally informed about such a huge case.

Consider that since Feburary 2019 there has been 1236 child abuse convictions, a 5% increase from 1177 convictions in about the same preceeding time period. That's consistent with his previous handlings as AG, where he moved more manpower from counterintelligence. (Yes, I get gang violence isn't child abuse per se) (also, really dirty number crunching, sorry.) Source

I think it's important that Barr's operations go after the users and not just the site owners. Notable differences here:
1589454157073.png1589454168516.png

There's also the fact that Barr himself was CIA for 6 years in the 70s; he was lowlevel, sure, but who know what he came across. He probably understands the glowies.
1589450903381.png
Here's where the tinfoil starts to apply.

I think Barr knows of the existence of the Finders as a predatory cult that's (allegedly) funded by the CIA. Back in October 2019 the FBI dropped the first of (currently) 3 declassified compilations of records. The FBI, the CIA, Customs, and Interpol and who knows who else are all involved with this group that's based out of DC and came to national spotlight in 1987. No really, facts of agency involvement are coming from the FBI files. KF even has a thread on the Finders.

Ted Gunderson (deceased former FBI chief) was one of the most outspoken about the Finders and claimed to have personally written to William Barr during while Barr was the AG. I don't doubt he sent the letter. Here's the letter to Barr that I got in a dump of other Finders files but I don't know the source and can't verify it. I believe it's from a FOIA request.
FoxitPhantomPDF_405DRArC3L.pngFoxitPhantomPDF_oqh8adpgi8.png

The thing is, I don't believe everything Ted says. He goes on and on about symbolism (in one case saying the stars on the GOP elephant "inverting" means they turned Satanic) so I think he was a bit off his rocker, or perhaps just too used to looking for hidden meanings in mundane things.

Let's loop this back into Barr. The Finder's vault files so far released primarily deal with incidents in the 80's and 93/94, but there are multiple documents sprinkled through Barr's term as AG. He was ousted in early 1993 as part of the change of administration from Bush senior to Clinton. Barr may or may not have actually got the letter from Gunderson but! in 1993 there was a tv station that wanted to do a Finders special. Multiple members of Congress got involved. Given those two facts I think it likely that the AG was apprised of the situation. I don't have any proof of that, mind you.
Finally, let's look at HRC.

She was a low level intern on the counsel of the prosecution of Nixon during his impeachment. Coincidentally this is the exact timeframe when MKUltra messed up and would later come to light because some 20k of the files intended to be panic-purged were misfiled into some other random place. I don't think she was involved in MKUltra in any way, just an interesting connection.

Everyone under the sun has heard about Bill Clinton's logged flights on the Lolita Express, as well as the suiciding memes, the private server, Benghazi, etc.

Instead of rehashing that I'm just going to
A) remind you that Clinton reportedly had a tantrum of fear after the 2016 election and
B) provide you two short clips, one of "We've Read the Documents" linking part of an interview to the Finders #2 vault drop, and one MSNBC news clip that aired shortly after the Benghazi congressional inquiries. (I don't know the date, sorry.)

(There are a few seconds of quiet in the middle, it's not your speakers.)
With every last retarded detail in mind, the reason Flynn is the target is because he isn't compromised and wouldn't back down from the CIA audit. In this kooky fucking theory Flynn's prosecution honestly is not about Trump or Barr or even Flynn himself. It's about protecting a trail of pedophiliac activities that implicate many people.

Are there holes in this theory? Yes. I make multiple assumptions.

Am I biased? Yes. In particular, I may have laid what I want to happen onto Barr's motivations without justifiable cause.

Is the theory wackadoodle? Yes. (What? You were expecting an argument?)

That said, I think it's a fairly solid connection of disparate threads in light of everything uncovered in the last week.

Judge Sullivan should be recused from the General Flynn case
By J. Marsolo
Judge Emmet Sullivan, the federal judge on the General Flynn case, should recuse himself because he is not an impartial judge.
During a hearing in December 2018, Sullivan asked the prosecutor if General Flynn could be charged with treason.
This shows an appalling lack of consideration for the meaning of treason, which is the only crime defined by the Constitution:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
Not even the Obama FBI/DOJ that entrapped General Flynn considered charging treason. It is not the role of a judge to ask the prosecutor to charge more than he charged. A judge is supposed to be neutral. If a judge does intervene, it should be to protect the rights of the accused. For example, a judge may appoint new defense counsel if he believes that the existing counsel is ineffective. A judge is not supposed to act as the prosecutor.
Given the conduct of the Obama FBI/DOJ, the Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss the indictment with prejudice. The motion is clear and sets forth the facts and legal arguments to dismiss.
Since both the prosecutor and the defense counsel agree to the dismissal, the court must sign it unless it believes that the prosecutor is acting in bad faith to re-file charges. But here the dismissal is with prejudice, which means that it cannot be refiled.
Yet Sullivan has deferred signing the order to dismiss because he wants to hear from others who are not parties to the case as "amici curiae," which means friends of the court.
Sullivan is giving the Obama gang the opportunity to make arguments to Sullivan for not signing the order to dismiss.
This does occur in civil cases where non-parties may have an interest in the decision, but not in criminal cases.
Sullivan should read United States v. Sineneng-Smith, where Justice Ginsburg wrote the opinion to reverse the 9th Circuit that allowed an amicus curiae to raise an issue on behalf of the defendant, even though the defendant had competent counsel.
Note that this was an outsider helping the defendant, not the prosecution.
Justice Ginsburg stated:
In our adversarial system of adjudication, we follow the principle of party presentation. As this Court stated in Greenlaw v. United States, 554 U. S. 237 (2008), "in both civil and criminal cases, in the first instance and on appeal ..., we rely on the parties to frame the issues for decision and assign to courts the role of neutral arbiter of matters the parties present." ... In criminal cases, departures from the party presentation principle have usually occurred "to protect a pro se litigant's rights.
Sullivan did not ask amici curiae to help General Flynn. Maybe he should have when Flynn was forced to plead guilty before he hired the brilliant, hardworking attorney Sidney Powell to represent him to withdraw the plea.
Sullivan is asking for outside help to keep alive the prosecution of General Flynn. Sullivan has overstepped his role as a judge and wants to prosecute General Flynn to continue the prosecution.

I’ve never seen a judge try to argue that because the court forced a man to say he was guilty when he wasn’t, that makes him guilty of perjury.
That’s...that’s a new one.
