90%+ of cases settle before a trial. I would guess he's taken a few that far, but given the type of cases he handles he would be doing a disservice to his clients if he took many of them to court.

For those of you not closely following the PPP/Ethan Ralph "fite me irl" thread, PPP has agreed to most of Ralph's terms and suggested Nick act as an escrow for the prize money.
We'll see if Nick addresses this tonight. Internet bloodsports is one thing, but real-life fighting is a whole new level of nonsense, so IMO the correct answer is "please don't involve me with this further."

Nick's response on the question of being escrow for fight money was that it'd have to be a legal fight and there would be a ton of contracts... that being said, though, sure, he'd do it.

supposedly yes. someone whined to nick about mods banning/timing out folks, nick chastized mods and told them to only ban spam, mods replied it was dox, ect.
at least thats what i got from listening to it at work.

Sadly this is how Nick reacts in Discord too when people whine to him about getting moderated, and Nick's first reaction is to yell at us to stop "banning people" when no person has been banned.

In Nick's Server history only Two people have been permanently banned: one for inviting bots that posted hundreds of pictures of horse porn, and other person was banned for telling people how to avoid paying Nick's Patreon money and still access the perks.
