Except (as is documented endlessly in this very thread) for the $400,000 condo he owns that could have easily paid off all of his debts with $100K to spare if (A) he sold it or (B) Nancy and the court forced him to sell it. He's too dumb to do (A) because status means more to him than anything, and we got the last 55 pages of this thread when (B) didn't happen. But he has the assets to pay his debts, that's why this has been so absurdly funny from the start, both that he declared bankruptcy and that he was allowed to do so.

A family member of mine had to file bankruptcy in 2018 and within 45 days of their case being closed, they started receiving credit card offers. Luckily, my family member learned their lesson and did not bite at the high APR cards. Their credit score has also improved several hundred points in 2 years. Bankruptcy is not some process that prevents you from buying anything on credit for a decade.

DSP has not learned his lesson and I guarantee he will bite at the first credit card offer that comes his way. He needs that credit. He really does. He needs that credit to pay his bills.

To the a-logs looking at her in anger, remember she assisted first hand in the bankrupting of Phil in about 5 months after Phil's initial filing of the case.

Not even the SOK at the peak of their autism and gay ops could bankrupt Phil but give Nancy 5 months and Phil's bankrupt now

Where does the gov't specifically ask for people to interrupt legal proceedings with a sound board or to impersonate participants?

Of course Phil had his lawyer warn Nancy of his crazy theory that the main reason he's bankrupt is because he's being stalked by a group of people intent on destroying his life. What do you think she thought when that group of people showed up on her conference call after sending her dozens of crazy emails?

All this time we thought DSP's most valuable asset was his Wakando when it turns out that you are.

Reality is it shouldn't even be an issue brought upon them in the first place. Keep that shit to yourself and work through it instead of guilt tripping and using your fans as an emotional bitching cushion. Not very professional of him to actually dwell into that.
