I kind of hope NewProject2 survives because it's an alternative to tech megacorps like Patreon and PayPal which have shown they'll silence any voice outside of the mainstream.
I guess I'm not down with the cool nihilism kiddies which used to be Jim and Ralph but is now PPP and Godwinson.
NP2 isn't like Sargon's disastrous MEP run, it's actually useful. Specifically, if Rekieta or someone like him goes after Youtube/Google etc they'll need an alternative to Patreon and PayPal. And this very forum is run by someone who has been nuked off Patreon and PayPal and gets support via NP2.

I am shocked that NP2 still exists. It ultimately ties back to the same payment processors (there's only like 3 and they're all on the same team) who push paypal and patreon around as to what is and isn't allowed. The fact that it's still there sort of says to me that despite what people might like to believe, it's insignificant
