You forget there is a significantly large number of people who would like nothing more than to flag Nick down, which is why he is usually really careful about not giving them ammo, like how he wont play anything he does not own the copyright to even if it would be fair use just so he cant get a copyright strike. But now they have a stream full of stuff that a youtube mod could use to justify a perma ban, and not only does he have the weeb wars hangers on that will flag it, now he has the larger community of spergs that could start flagging him as well.
