He ought to watch out. The troons will put up with an awful lot, but there comes a point where they’ll drop you. Look at Yaniv - the troons were in his corner at first, but then he was a bit too open about his perversion, a bit too honest about expecting troonery to be his get-out-of-jail-free card, and altogether too loud.

I've taken domperidone for nursing. It was incredibly hard to get my hands on because most doctors won't prescribe it any more due to potential side effects for the mom, but it was my first baby and I still believed the crazy people who think breast milk is magic. Because of that, I ended up in a small group of other domperidone moms, all anxious about the prospect of formula feeding and willing to take a significant risk to themselves in order to produce breastmilk.

In the group, I discovered that even domperidone won't help if you don't have enough mammary tissue or it's too fucked up to produce milk. There is no way a man on domperidone is producing enough of the stuff to actually feed a baby exclusively or near-exclusively, when about half the women who use it aren't able to achieve that even with breasts that had been estrogenized on a lifelong basis.
