Here's a mystery. Surely his credit cards were cancelled after they were maxed out and he stopped paying after the second month. How the fuck did successfully pay for a microtransaction in his few month gap without a valid credit card number?

Or does he have one emergency card that he has kept and not used for just this circumstance?

Debit cards from his Paypal or bank.

I wonder how they separated the tax payments on his credit cards.

Man this thread is already salt & cope enough, let’s not encourage this aloggy bullshit. We don’t know shit about the process and we do t know that anything untoward went down, just that autists don’t like the outcome.
Tbh the alogs are probably 90% the reason for this decision, let’s not put more fuel to that fire.
No no no. Clearly things turned out the way they did because Nancy didn't get enough gifs of Phil jacking off.

He can just use his PayPal account. During this shut down I've made all sorts of payments on my phone with my PayPal account. Fast food, video games, groceries, prescriptions, just about every app out there now accepts PayPal. If you have it linked to your bank account then it just comes out of there. You just have to remember that you made that payment because it takes a day or two to come out of your account. As far as mobile game microtransactions I remember I used to be able to charge them to my phone bill when I was with Sprint.

That, and PayPal has an actual debit card you can use that pulls directly from said account. Lots of apps and shit will let you directly link a PayPal account, but every now and again you still need to pay the old fashioned way with a card of some sort. Phil, being a a bit of an anti-adaptation curmudgeon, strikes me as the type who uses one of those cards for everything.

But, he still has the uncanny ability to fumble his way through life like he were the real-world equivalent to Mr. Magoo traversing a construction site and just narrowly avoiding being struck by girders at every turn. SO, who really knows how he uses his PayPal shekels? Hell, even a trustee couldn't figure it out.

My sides are in orbit.

Writers were absolutely amazing this season. Got me hooked with the possibility of Ch 13 but instead they pulled the ol' Mary Sue Burnell.

I'm not even mad, I'm amazed at DSPs gouty balls that prompted him to go all in, lie in all documents and under oath and get away.

Can't poach the roach.

I think Corona is ultimately the cosmic force that tipped things in his favor. The banks are too busy with other shit to bother objecting if they normally would have. It probably helped keep them from trying to get his condo. And the telephone 341 meeting hyped up the trolls enough that the trustee probably wanted to wash her hand of this as soon as possible.

So the main unresolved question is what this means for his foreclosure and deficiency. According to Nick's lore stream there is a possibility that if the Ch7 gets granted before the foreclosure is granted that it won't be discharged in the bankruptcy since the bank got their stay. Will this discharge signal the close of the foreclosure saga I'm sure we will find out real soon.

Even if he doesn't get the deficiency discharged? Big deal. He's got more than enough monthly disposable income to get on a payment plan with plenty left over now, and good fucking luck to MidFirst coming after a man who just went bankrupt for a lump sum

Man, I just watched Rackets' "this is how you DO play"

I've been soured on him for a while, because it's been nothing but intoxicated screaming at people who aren't on stream with him and never will be... but watching the joy and confusion with which he reported that result may have brought me back

I'm not so much mad at PP Burnell as I am disappointed in Nancy. Guess I was right about being hesitant to praise her.

Phil is behaving as he always does and is expected to. Nancy I guess is no avenging angel. Just another mindless bureaucrat coasting through life performing the bare standard of her job and no more. She probably thinks video game streaming is playing a Nintendo game about surfing and after struggling to open the Paypal pdfs in Microsoft Paint couldn't figure out what half the transactions were about and just gave up and took his word for it. Then after another case closed and well done, she fired up her outlook account and right about now is pawing against the computer screen with her bare hands vainly trying to grab thousands of unread 'deed tractor' electronic mails and me-mes to throw into the waste basket by the door.

He bullshitted on that form about his expenses. They bought that?
Yes. I’ve no doubt he included the gacha spending as part of his business expenses, despite never streaming or making videos on any of the online games he plays. He even listed “microtransactions”as part of those expenses under oath to Nancy during the 341 meeting. I am curious if he listed those same expenses on his 2019 federal tax forms.

He'll complain about it and whine and cry about how he can't afford it. He could pay off all his bills before bankruptcy, he just chose not to. I don't see how having more money to spend on WWE bejeweled changes his attitude toward actually meeting his obligations. He told them to fuck off before he could very well do it again.

It won't be the end of DSP, that ship has sailed. But it would be an opportunity to keep a bit of a good thing going. If he pays he will complain and that'll be entertaining. If he doesn't pay there will be more court actions where the the dog bite strip mall lawyer he has to hire successfully wins and gets a settlement where the bank has to pay dsp for harassing him and causing so much stress in his life. And that will be entertaining.

Be interesting to follow WWE since this case is over with. If he stays away from Gacha he will probably be fine. If he continues his crazy spending he could get himself in trouble.
Phil really has been granted a new chance at life with recent bankruptcy and us detractors booting him from all WWE Champions factions.

No excuses for not starting the 10 year plan...

People are not grasping how much money just got freed up. If Phil spends a month or two ignoring the mail and not spending his money on stupid shit, he can get a good lawyer to deal with the foreclosure

Or he can ignore shit for a couple of months, drop say 75% of the pile of extra money on midfirst's steps and say "well, how about I do this like three more times, you take the condo and we call it even?"
