To all the people deluding themselves, saying the pigroach can't get another bankruptcy for 7 years, let me paint you a picture of the future. Trump will announce a bankruptcy forgiveness plan for citizens who had to file due to the coronavirus. DSP will somehow get his expunged despite not even qualifying due to filing in mid January, before the economic effects set in.
Everyone on here will once again say it will be dismissed due to being fraudulently filed, but laws, rules, logic, and any form of common sense don't apply to this man, nay, this legend.

I've been keeping eye on Phil for few years now, not as long as others but still witnessed a lot of supposed "endgame" scenarios:

1. copyright strikes on his YouTube
2. The incident of masturbating in his office while his webcam was still on
3. machinima dropping him and his struggle to bounce back from that with Laveria or whatever
4. His two best friends from back in the day absolutely destroying him in a one-off YouTube video, giving everyone a clearer insight into Phil's toxic behaviour
5. Leanna leaving him - with his own fans saying it'd be smart to sell his house being single (as we know he was secretely flying Kat out pretending to cry poor for pity bucks)
6. the absolutely bizarre escort saga which saw @neger psykolog obliterate their true identity
7. Twitch bans for being his usual toxic self to others, specifically their appearance
8. Several paypigs come and go, with rumours about charge backs hitting Phil hard
9. Bankruptcy

There's undoubtedly more but that's from top of my head.

The one important thing I've learned from watching Phil is that you can never assume he's finished. He is absolutely a survivor. He's a hypocrite, a fairly disgusting reprobate of a person, but he fights hard enough to survive, never thrive but will still survive.

Never celebrate too early guys.

What's really funny, is that Darksydephil has transcended from a loser lolcow on the internet to an invincible god that just shrugs off every bit of adversity thrown at him. No matter how big that adversity is, he ALWAYS finds a way out of it and recovers.

In contrast, the detractors (A-logs) who used to just laugh at Phil's fuck-ups have now become bigger lolcows than Phil himself. It's much funnier to see these faggots cry and scream that this eternal "boogeyman" of the internet keeps recovering from problems being thrown at him every which way, to the point where I would love to see phil conquer the rest of his debt to see these A-logs cry and scream even more, since it's funnier than what phil could ever do.

Not really. There was no decision. The case was automatically given a discharge because none of them lifted a finger to challenge it by the statutory deadline. They missed their chance.

It wouldn't be the first time, but I'm not expecting much of that. Unless they find the condo is non-exempt and has to go away, I don't see anything that matters. Any other non-exempt stuff just isn't that interesting. There could be some humor value in A-Logs and wheelchairs getting in bidding wars over Phil collectibles, one to have some autistic trophy and the other to do something gay like give it back to Phil.
