The court doesnt wanna take your residence unless it really has to. Especially when you're current on it. Doubly especially during a likely market crisis.

Especially when a bankruptcy fucks his credit, he'd never get a new place.
He has $125000 in exempt equity so its not like they'd be leaving him homeless. Call me optimistic but I still think this will end with Nancy selling the wakhando.

At this point, i actually believe that Phil is a trickster. He made some sort of deal that will alter his fate from certain ruin.

In any case, i might just as well give up on following him. Guy will have a stroke or heart attack in 5 to 10 years anyway.

Should we lock the thread now?
I think the thread should only be locked once the case is closed.

A discharge does not mark the end of a bankruptcy case, especially so if it is an asset case, which this is.

After Nancy files that she found no irregularities in Phil's forms and that, by the way, she agrees with Phil, the court will close the case and we can all move on to more entertaining cows.

I am still so confused how he got Chap 7. He earns far to much to qualify for it and that should of been obvious even before Nancy asked for 6 months of records. Earns 120k+ a year but he is still too poor to go on a payment plan. God of Greed.

Don't close the thread till we see the end of the saga, we have to see it through at this point right?

The case is still open and we have to wait for the part where the judge rules that they will satisfy the debts by throwing Fred Fuchs in prison and liquidating all the assets of every Sons of Kojima member.
