Damn when did people start a-logging Rekieta

When their bloodthirst for DSP wasn't satiated.

The better question is why anybody would have such a hard on for DSP in the first place. He's just some fat fuck on the Internet who has aspirations far greater than his abilities. Who cares? I could understand this better if we were discussing some horrorcow from Animal Control that slipped through the fingers of the justice system.

Nick isn't going to give a single solitary fuck about this because he's not emotionally invested in it. He should be emulated at least as far as that aspect is concerned.

I mean, the guy lives the day-to-day life of a loser with supremely mediocre content and no desire to change his ways. He adds nothing to the world that is noticeably good or bad, just some laughs to the people who see him for the idiot he is.

He didn't win, he just didn't get the worst (albeit well deserved) possible outcome. DSP remains a miserable guy who relies on virtual Hulk Hogan to make him feel better.
That reminds me, are we ever going to get a shoutout to DSP from the Hulkster?

Guess you haven't seen the weeb wars forum. When the case got dismissed it was fucking anarchy, and everybody started throwing him under as many buses as they could find.

And Null fucking warned them not to take that shit personally. As did I, several times.

There's a lesson in here. People need to learn it. KF ought to be a place to laugh at exceptional people while remaining distant from their drama. I peruse KF for the same reason I watch movies or play video games: escapism.

Wow...DSP luck strikes again. I have no real hatred for the guy but I'd like to just see once...just once...his decisions and actions cause him some serious negative repercussions.

He lies, steals, and cheats his audience. Yet, no one is able to call him out and he has yet to face the consequences of his actions. It frankly amazes me.

The consequences are he's DSP, which is quite frankly, one of the worst consequences I can possibly imagine. I won't deny Phil has some pretty impressive moments of luck, but at the end of the day, this basically amounts to "Phil was so lucky he was able to declare bankruptcy."

It isn't like this is going to be a turning point for DSP. It'll be exactly like any other time in the last few years where his luck won out. I've always liked the Pigroach comparison more than the gout luck because I think it describes Phil's situation better. He has the uncanny ability to keep surviving. But it comes at the cost of having to continue to be DSP. For me, it's part of what makes Phil such a reliable cow, because even when things go in his favor, he still manages to mess things up and make himself miserable. There's a common Phil joke, that he could win 100 million in the lottery and the next day be 101 million in debt. No matter how many good things happen to him, DSP finds a way to ruin it and, for the most part, has nothing to show for it. This win just basically means he can keep chasing happiness by burning piles of money to get more pixels of sweaty men grabbing each other.

As improbable as the current news about DSP's bankruptcy may be, it was still a remote possibility based on what those more knowledgeable about bankruptcy have already posted. The thing to remember is that DSP likely won't be changing his lifestyle or spending habits regardless of what happens with the remainder of the bankruptcy proceedings. It's only a matter of time before his lack of money management skills put him back into the hole again, and I'm willing to bet it happens before he'd be able to file another bankruptcy. One way or another, the 'Farms gets plenty of content moving forward.

You say he lives the life of a loser, which to a great deal many of us does seem to be the case. And yet you know what I think makes some users on here really seethe, its the fact the DSP is probably quite content as a person. Sure he's chunky, has gout and makes noises that only the eldrich nightmares could imagine. And yet he still gets by on minimal effort, has a wife and even had two homes at one point, (still does although not for the forseeable future). To Phil im sure hes living the dream, he gets to play vidya and beg for sheckles while still posssessing a spouse that most people have a work a 9 till 5 to keep. Goodspeed pig-roach, may you inspire us all the aspire for medicority on this gay earth.

DSP's subreddit is in full cope right about now.

This lazy pigroach who can't manage his finances is managing to be declared bankrupt is "a black hole of pure evil". That's some great faggotry right there.
Imagine getting this upset because a guy is now bankrupt and his credit is absolute trash. This guy still doesn't own his house, car or any of that shit outside his consoles.

Wait but what happened to the "I need receipts of 3rd Paypal account" Nancy asked about? Did that ever happened or she didnt find anything interesting in it?

She was looking for "assets" and didn't find any because he literally doesn't have them. And then every creditor just let it slide because apparently they hate money and will just get bailed out by the taxpayer anyway if they go broke from utter incompetence.

Nobody. You have to wait longer than that to file again.

Now does that timer start today, or after his discharge actually happens, along with whatever else finalizes the whole thing? I ask because if it's the latter, the longer this part drags on, the better, because that's a longer wait for Phil, who is undoubtedly about to start in on his next ill-advised spending spree already. I mean, what are the odds that he learned for once, and is going to hold off on that until later, right?

The timer starts with the original filing, not the discharge. So January 31, 2028.
