You know, maybe we should make a new rule for this thread that everytime you find "A R T" we should also post a link to the original "Creator" so we can have a chance to bask in the beauty of their "A R T" some more.

I posted some of this artist's work before, she has a habit of making blonde women black for no discernible reason. She posted this one today, it's Chica from FNAF.

It's always the blonde characters too, like it's just too much to have a white/blonde woman. Has to be black/blonde or no dice. She could've at least made it a nicer shade of brown. Chica is YELLOW, why would you give her a cool undertone??

Y'know, I didn't think talking to artists would help me on Kiwifarms but I think I have the answer for that question at least:

Either she used two brushes, or she drew the lines using just a single brush without anti-aliasing, but she resized some bits and the art program automatically smoothed out the result.

It's gotta be two brushes. Most of the shading is hard aliased cel shading, but the blush on her face is like a 0 hardness brush that overlaps the lineart on her mouth, then topped by aliased white flecks. That and the weird rounded-corner triangles in the bg look like most of the image was done in MS Paint while some after effects like soft brushes and blur tools were done in Photoshop or SAI. It's like a weird blend of low and high effort.

I thought the blonde was a hot surfer dude until I realised it's supposed to be Yang and Blake. Knowing that's supposed to be a 'woman' and Yang of all people is such a turn off, after her character got neutered and she became the token gay I am ironically 300% less attracted to her.

because they can't be fucked to make characters themselves and when they do make their own shit, it's cookie-cutter characters that revolve around their sexuality. What these people don't get is something anyone who has read any book ever get on the spot. Characters who are one dimensional are boring and lazy as fuck when done this way.
 
They absolutely couldn't hold back making the trans scars obvious, good god my fucking eyeballs.
