Catching up on the thread.

Man am I enjoying this outcome. Chapter 13 woulda been great. But seeing all this shitflinging between tractors that are being pulled by the Autism Core of the Philverse? Now that's a treat.

The "He can't keep getting away with it" butthurt lads and the "lmao u mad" spergs. Keep it flowing lads.

Phil is the steak, but you're adding some gourmet roquefort sauce right now.

This has honestly been the best part of it for me.

All the people crying about this, and I'm here like:

Based Phil has done more to destroy the corrupt banks than you've ever done!

Off topic... but if you've got a line to Nick, he could do with reminding that Josh is one of the better guests who is also underutilized. Short Round as well

I think he knows. He uses Null when it's appropriate. It was definitely appropriate in the case of DSP. It would be appropriate for just about any old timey KF cow.

The issue here is that if people here sperg out because a prediction turns out to be wrong, he might be less inclined to deep dive on KF drama in the future. He's got tough skin, but he also tries to read his audience and do shows they'd like. I certainly don't think the DSP show was a mistake, and I told him such.

Just a thought.

Never mind that I think even Null opined that DSP's luck was probably at an end. Nick's opinion was hardly an outlier. He just put a legal twist on it. We keep forgetting DSP really is a cockroach of sorts.

Low key this is his creditor's fault. They had months to object and without a doubt have been getting tons of emails telling them there's something not right with his claims. DSP just met an opponent lazier than he is.
The creditors probably knew from the beginning that this was 90+% likely to go Phil's way. The amount of money they'd have to spend on lawyers to swing that percentage in their favor probably outweighed whatever they could expect to get out of him.

The only difference between Nick Rekeita and DSP is that Nick Rekeita is an actual productive member of society and DSP is not.

Well I'm sorry but playing video games (while being bad at them) and not paying taxes on the income he makes does makes him a parasite of society and this is the equaivalant of saying that Chris-Chan is a better person than Mister Metokur even though Chris-Chan hasn't had a job in years and lives off the welfare system and refuses to get a job.
Nick's a mediocre lawyer/grifter who's only known for slaying some Web 1.0 personality and turning a wonky #MeToo into a 17 month (so far) hellscape of autism.

I'm only disappointed in this outcome because I thought the other options would have been fucking funnier to see him squeal about.

Alright writers, get to work on that next arc.

This. A 13 would have been hysterical. Still hoping for a little asset sell-off.

And DSP doesn't even have a job. While Nick Rekeita is basically a drama news channel at this point, DSP is still a lolcow and nothing will ever change that fact.

The only thing DSP does is sit on his fat ass poorly playing video games and thinks he's better than everyone else while most of us with actual jobs have to bust our asses just to get by.

DSP managed to walk away from a half million in debt but Kat hasn't been seen or heard from in months.

What deal did you make Phil?
Probably just agreed to everything while paying no attention and complaining about the controls in his Gachimuchi game. Probably yelled at someone not to tell him how to make deals in the process.

From another perspective, DSP wins again. He doesn't even have to be good at the games or entertaining and 100k a year magically shows up in his accounts

At this rate, I'm considering Phil is like a Haruhi Suzumiya. He's secretly a God and only a select few know it and do what they can to appease him (his paypigs); because if his mental state deteriorates, the world is at risk of destruction... I mean, just look at how 2020 (year of the bankruptcy) is going.

With luck like this DSP should just take all his money to Vegas and let it ride for a few hours. He'd be a billionaire in no time.

Him and the Kat can eat thousands of dollars in sushi... COMPED!

It still doesn't change anything that DSP is still a failure. His tugboat are his donors that are dumb enough to still give him money.

If he were to go into the real world, he would struggle.

It's clear that he's bad with money and these debts show this. When the day comes that him doing streaming of video games is no longer profitable is the day he will have no choice but to fill out a job application for the first time.

That or the IRS finally busts him for tax evasion which it seems he's already doing.
