There's no point being angry, but there's no point bargaining (3rd stage of grief) either.

He's won, there is no future "fuck up" to wait for. He will always win. Just accept that and laugh at the absurdity. Hoping for anything more in the future will let you down.

The moral of the story here kids, is that you can be an absolutely irresponsible degenerate with money, chose to not pay taxes, and spend the money on mobile games while lying on your bankruptcy forms only to be bailed out of having to pay any responsibility or learn any lesson.

The system works.

He is an asset case now. Not what he wanted.
 
I can't get mad at Phil. The fact that his inhuman luck allows him to dodge all consequences is goddamn amazing. It's like a Fallout character with 10 in Luck and 1 in all other stats blundering his way through the game.
For all the people angry that Phil is a goddamn chad who can get away with everything, be grateful that Phil is incompetent and his malice is of the petty kind. Anyone with Phil's luck and competence would be goddamn terrifying.
 
While I'm upset it happened this way (great system btw), I'm actually excited for the smug video response.

Not for the purpose of Phil's benefit, but mainly for the detractors that are just going to use that video for dunking on Phil the moment he gets into another shitshow of his own doing.

We don't know everything in full currently as people have said, so there can always be more to it then just this. There's also the Khando, the taxes, and Phil is bound to get himself into more havoc so just look forward to what's coming.
 
Don't worry everyone - I am sure a lot of people who are upset that Phil kept his house and survived financially will go give him a bunch of money to tell him how upset they are that he keeps getting money! Any day now, the relentless troll cheering is going to break him and the intense, internet-wide attention is going to force him into obscurity!

Just had a thought: What if the court did this because they deduced that if they threw it out like they had the ability to (I refuse to believe they were incompetent enough to not recognize his grift), Phil was just going to immediately re-apply, and they want him off the docket for at least a few years?
