I think it's more the fact that most people live lives far morally superior to Philth and watching a toxic, greedy, lying parasite benefit from a system that suckers (sorry, ahnest people) pay into ever year with their blood, sweat and tears might rub people the wrong way. No one cares if a bunch of oven magnets get gipped of a few shekels.

Thousands of people scummier than Phil get bankruptcies granted every year. If Phil was buying mansions and ferraris and yachts then yeah I'd be saltier. But the man makes $100k a year in a part of the country where that's average and he has shit all to show for it.

I'm not jealous of ANYONE going bankrupt. You gotta be fucking up for years like Phil has to get to that point.

He's nigh untouchable. The universe has conspired to make sure that he will forever be stuck in this limbo, forever playing games, hating every minute of it. Not even the banks or courts, big boy irl stuff could fuck with him. Covid-19 isn't some geopolitical fuckup, it was just the universe keeping him in his limbo state.

Like the great Sun Tzu said:
菲爾總是贏

Which is chinese for Phill always win

Fuck this I'm a DSP fan now, I've seen the light.

just like those horse fuckers at the end of Game of Thrones season 1 when they saw Danny still living after the fires consumed her.

So here's some irresponsible speculation to distract everyone. This is included on the discharge that was filed:

"In addition, this discharge does not stop creditors from collecting from anyone else who is also liable on the debt, such as an insurance company or a person who cosigned or guaranteed a loan."

Someone else pointed out that Phil's mom has Phil's CT condo address listed on one of those people-finder sites. Now, there's a solid chance that's just the site fucking up its auto aggregation, but IF that's accurate because she (or both parents, more likely) cosigned/guaranteed his first mortgage, what are the chances of MidFirst going after them for the deficiency? Or does Phil's bankruptcy just wipe the debt completely?

True. Despite the ratings I'm getting in my last post, I'm not angry at Phil since his story is amusing and I have zero sympathy for the paycucks he scams since they are willfully ignorant of facts. Life goes on, one pigroach story at a time. Cheers.

I'm not understanding the saltiness in thread. This is the best possible outcome for us.

Phil cranks up the smugness despite being bankrupt, is in no danger of ending his double shifts of pigfarming, crying and being objectively bad at videogames (but still better than Null, who gave up on Sekiro) for our amusement and is about to set off a whirlwind of detracting asspain that current science lacks the capacity to measure

Best outcome was 13, imo. We'd get to watch him be held to a forced budget for years, with him and us knowing that one fuckup means he gets thrown to the wolves while he has to hope and pray that he could maintain his paypigs for that long without having any external financial issues, like getting even a temp ban from Twitch.

Thought the Ct condo got excluded from this with their filing.
