Part of the reason I didn't follow DSP before was thinking that - ok, he's horrible at games, but he makes lot of money and by now must have enormous savings, so who's the dummy? I should've known.

If lockdown has shown me one thing, its that with his lifestyle and the amount of money he makes, he should be living like a king.

The amount you can save, even on a modest income, when you commit to it is pretty staggering.
This is something I've often thought about in regards of dave's complaints vs. his lifestyle. I worked from home for a couple of years and it became very obvious very fast that not driving to work every day saved me time and money. dave complains he has no free time but unlike most people he doesn't have to get up an hour or so before he leaves for work, shower, eat, etc, then drive for 30-60 minutes, then make the same drive at the end of the day. He has a couple of hours of extra free time every day that most people don't have. Then there's the money you save not having to go into work every day, not having to buy as much gas/wear and tear on your car, buying lunch, buying work clothes and shoes, or whatever other accouterments your job may require you have. dave's lifestyles saves him time and money, but he acts like it costs him. Just one more way in which Darks Dephil is disconnected from reality.

He literally doesn't have the time dood. He wakes up, races to set up stream, races downstairs to wolf down some food real fast, race back up stairs, stream for a few hours, race to the bathroom, race downstairs to talk to Kat and scarf down food (again super fast man) then race back up to do 2 more hours of streaming. Then he has to babysit the uploads, and then IF he's lucky he gets like an hour to himself to watch his 10 hours of wrestling, old movies and spend TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars on WWE- I mean going over paperwork and paying bills. Then he has ONE DAY OFF to run all his errands, scramble to get his chores done, and then maybe (MAYBE) he has a little rainy day fund money to get a cheap appetizer or buy a little knick knack at the mall. But after that, he's exhausted dood. Where do you see the time for a commute or even working another jahb? Dude eyes burn and water and his hands are cramping in an hour due to his intense working conditions. He gets 'adrenaline rushes' just vacuuming a room or carrying in the groceries.

Sure, it'd be a great fantasy land where Phil could just be an average guy, with an average commute, making a decent amount of money but it's just not feasible. Where do you see the time for a job when he's gotta pay bills, run errands and then try to play games and have fun? It's just not possible. So quit talking shit, quit coming up with unrealistic scenarios just to make Phil feel bad because none of this is his fault and there's nothing he could do.

FYI, Phil considers the time he spends babysitting uploads, him talking in the chat while his shitty 30 mins of music plays (and plenty of other stuff that I can't remember right now) as part of his work schedule. Hence him saying he "works his ass off all day"

More specifically, he wants to count the time from when he presses "Start Stream" on his 1st stream to when he finishes uploading his videos after 2nd stream. That's where his "I work 12 hours" bullshit comes from.

Does anyone think any of his paypigs have an idea of the hole he's in or are they too exceptional to relize it?

Phil's chat is spammed daily with mocking about his begging and his reckless spending. Unaware paypigs need to either never read chat or be Sidella/Rahb Warrens. These losers don't care, it's about the clout of having Phil say your username... which is beyond stupid, but that's the Internets today.

Don't know and don't care to find out, or do know and don't care / think they're "saving" him because they still believe the "if we just get through this one last hurdle" narrative.
Do you think they believe that's what the $100/stream is for? As far as I'm aware the $100 is an arbitrary number he pulled out of his ass for the required cost to stream and has nothing to do with saving him from Nancy.

There's no thought there. They're given their instructions, and Phil knows that $100 is low enough to be hit every time, but high enough that he makes lots of money because he resets it every time.

I think they know the DSP Version of it (detractors ruined his life, YouTube ruined his life, Tevin ruined his life, etc.) and they're still giving consistently. Phil has admitted and discussed the bankruptcy and they're still giving consistently. I don't know what would stop them other than Phil slowly running them off and banning them and them not being replaced.

I think many of his most diehard paypigs don't have a good concept of money. They spend their neetbux or use their parent's credit card that was given to them for casual spending. Phil is like a TV evangelist taking old people's money. Crazy old religious people can't understand that their TV preacher doesn't need a private jet or a Rolls Royce.

For DSP, it's twitch and his flock is a bunch of autists.

any updates on this? has it been thrown out? what has nancy decided to do?
No word yet, but there should be an update sometime this month though. Court pros generally don't act until every last detail and paper is sorted, and so it can take ages to see any sort of update if you're actively watching a case.

I was hoping the US Trustee would get involved and set up a 2004 exam regarding his business expenses. That would trigger a docket entry as notices were sent. Or an entry for procuring an appraiser to get the lowdown on WAKahndo. Everything is mostly likely in a coronachan holding pattern. Watch the housing bubble pop and old Darksy pigroach out of this.

As more time passes, The likelihood of being denied bankruptcy protection increases. Deserving cases usually get their chapter 7 approved quicker than this. Chapter 13 takes longer because they need to figure out payments.

Chapter 13 is, in the long term, the funniest possible outcome, because it would be a yoke around Phil's neck for literally years. Even if he never visibly fucked up, and he would, he'd be constantly fuming and mad about it, so it would be a neverending source of chimpouts.
