That would be the cherry on top for ending the bankruptcy saga, Kat just straight up taking $62,5k off Phil, the ultimate detractor, the fucking salt will be great
I am hoping for the triple whammy :-
1) loses the big boy mansion
2) Khet cleans him out and runs off with Chad Tyrone, Jim , some other "Mark"
3) Has to return to Mom's basement. That is where he belongs.

But I'll settle for two of the three from the scriptwriters.

not painful enough...

..or 4) a total twitch ban. Perm any two from four dear writers!!!

Mate a twitch ban too would be hysterical, or his wwe, discord getting hacked :)

I think that is why Nancy is making an example out of him because there are people who purposely take advantage of the bankruptcy system.

Praise Nancy for the rape he's about to recieve.

p.s. Drgnkiller recons Khets already gone, I'm not going to lie he did this shit when Leanna left.

i've got faith detractor nancy will bless us with memes that will last a while

Something must have happened in the last few days that's not been reported as Phil is in his twitch chat losing his mind and snapping at everyone. Mrhuth2 posted some snaps on twitter.

People that are happy with their personal lives generally don't go off the rails like Phil does. I'd say there is a good possibility that things are going very badly behind the scenes, either with the bankruptcy, or with Khet, or both. And his streams have been doing quite well financially, so he really doesn't have any obvious excuse for his attitude. Something has happened that hasn't been revealed yet.

For sure, but i dont think in this case its the bankrupcy i think last nights break down is strictly due to being forced to go cold turkey from his gacha gambling addiction. I felt Phil's biggest reason to do the whaling was more the clout in the faction than anything else, he knows that clout is gone and never coming back. Sure he can do his own lame guild but he cant get discord clout with the members. This is the same as an alcoholic forced to go cold turkey clean from their drink.

Not yet. Phil's been planning bankruptcy for years. He assumes he's going to get away with everything, and why shouldn't he with his extreme pig luck.

and he thinks its going well..... last night fan asked if he would do meet up with fans and he said he cant right now because he has to stream every day but hopefully soon with the "personal stuff going on behind the scenes" he will have a lot more money soon (yeah $10-12k a month with no debts sounds nice philbert) and then hopefully will be able to do that kind of stuff (he wont either way).

so this fucker still thinks he is going to lose some statues he doesnt care about, maybe some random sharper image crap, wipe all his debts and that ctcondo and walk scott free. i sure hope nancy is in the mood to make an example.

Phil really thinks his best case imaginary scenario for the bankruptcy is going to happen, that he'll be free and clear. Even after a 341 meeting that lasted nearly 45 minutes, even after having his case converted to an asset case, even after the notion he may get it converted to Chapter 13 and fail miserably to uphold the payment plan, even after it's clear how much of his debt just isn't dischargeable, he still thinks he's just a few weeks away from financial freedom.

Man I can't wait for Nancy's decision.

Emphasis on should be fine for someone in DSP's position. Most anyone else in his situation would find a way to make ends meet while making their payments. I honestly see Phil getting maybe three months into his payments before he Phils it up and decides to buy the Super Mega Ultralux Sex God Edition of Call of Duty 2021. However, he can't just call upon his fanbase to help him out at that point. Despite the fact that a 13 isn't designed to make the debtor live like a hermit for the duration of the payment, here wouldn't be a lot of room for outside of what would be the essentials and a very small overhead. With his 10+ year "legacy" of spending habits, he'd be right and truly fucked. If he goes into a 13, it's going to make it incredibly difficult to keep on top of new releases. Shit like the new generation of consoles (because we all know he won't ever build his own PC), Cyberpunk, Assassin's Creed, and whatever else winds up coming out in Q4 of this year alone could be enough for him to actually consider choosing between food and video games. And if/when that choice becomes a topic of discussion, that'll be when the wife starts asking if this shitshow is worth it.
he already has people gifting him games now, how is that going to change if he gets chapter 13? all he has to do is put up a monthly tips goal that amounts to his ch 13 payment and maybe some extra and he can comfortably live off that and twitch/youtube/patreon money. whales still gonna whale chapter 7, 13, or whatever.

Can someone who is more knowledgeable look at the recent docket entries and check me on something? It looks like he paid the filing fee in a single payment. The only other payment I see came from Midfirst when they filed their motion.

Is there any reason previous payments wouldn't have been noted?

Esit: also, the speculation is that something might have happened with the case that has caused him to be a crankier manchild than usual lately. Is it possible that he got a heads-up on the trustee report or anything before it's actually filed? I know lawyers often discuss filings before they're in officially, but not sure how it works here.

Someone already did the math before....I couldn't remeber what the monthly payment could be but I remembered it was so high that he'd need to do "fun-razor" every week.

But that was assuming trustee made him repay 100% of the debt within 5 yrs. It's usually not the case.

With Chapter 13, if Phil makes more money then his payments will (or should) be increased to pay more of his debts. 13 is no joke, there's tons of horror stories online from people who have struggled through it. And there's a 99.999% chance Phil would fail it no matter how much paypig money he gets.

Normal people see bankruptcy on their financial history as a failure.
Not Dave though because having to pay the pesky credit card companies would count as a failure from his point of view. That money he spent was/is rightfully his and nobody elses, he just allowed the banks to hold onto it for the time being until he gave them permission to let him spend it.

Not really knowledgeable on this, but it looked exactly like that to me, too. I have no idea whether he just decided to pay it all at once or why he'd do that.

On his application to pay in installments, it has 4 lines for the 4 installments you can divide the $335 into. He has only one line filled so it looks like he'd intended to do it in one payment. He just needed time to get the money together.
