Also besides Phil claiming he doesn't own any of these things on his True & Authentic bankruptcy filing, if he's publicly talking about selling things in his house when all his property currently belongs to his bankruptcy estate and not him that would be bad.

Because he's really fucking lazy.
If I was in his shoes, trying to bamboozle the bankruptcy court, I would have delisted all these videos BEFORE filing for bankruptcy. By now I'm sure backups exist but if he was smart he could've deleted tons of evidence.

I think now that this saga is, well, the new state of DSP, my favorite line is how at the beginning he was just going to offload all his useless junk onto the trustee and continue planning his next staycation, as if bankruptcy were simply some government-backed garage sale to be done in his name. Its the fact that he treats everything and everyone like a service meant to cater to him and only him that gets my goat.
"I mean, here are some statues, I don't need 'em. You can probably get something for them if you sell them Ack ack. "
While everyone else was beginning to piece together how fucked he truly is, Phil was still probably banking on having enough junk he was too lazy to list on ebay to offset Nancy just taking everything.
The last time Phil started removing YT videos he claims it ruined his life TO THIS DAY.
I don't know how delisting works vs blindly deleting videos, but if Phil hasn't forgotten how to do it, its because he thinks maintaining the YT income outweighs direct evidence of his perjury existing. Its pretty impressive (and dumb) how far he'll go to protect such worthless content. Every click-sheckle he isn't getting paid from his YT Archive is a KNIFE AT HIS THROAT.

I doubt many Champions regulars follow Scopely. They're like battered wives throwing money at an evil corporation they know hates them and sees them as dollar signs. Very similar to Phil's few true fans.

DSP is so addicted to his Youtube income that he will intentionally make his Twitch streams worse because of it.
Aka muting the music every time he plays a GTA game. DSP only makes like $1-$2 per video MAYBE since he gets less than 1000 views on most of them except the first few. He could have easily made that money back plus a lot more by letting people tip to change the radio station, but he refused. Also, Youtube is just an archive.
Then, there's his rant against Kojima because Death Stranding wouldn't let him mute the music.

I have pretty thin arms but i have a fast metabolism so any fat i pack on is gone before i finish eating. That and i have muscle..so it is possible to have healthy thin arms its just phil is the personificaion of a blob fish

His proportions are all fucked though. He has the Timmy Williams arms and it's just very noticeable because of his flab that iss everywhere. Maybe it's just me but when I see most people with bellies or somewhat fat, their arms are still packing heat or their calfs are rock solid from the years of walking with all that weight.
Funny when there is that clip when he stands up and exclaims "What about the gym?". Like sure you may have lost weight but I don't think it's the healthy type of weight loss most aim for and thinks he's at the final stage of being top peak performance. You gotta get muscle there, bub.

The best term I've seen is "skinny fat". Yeah, you look somewhat slim, but you also have no muscle to speak of, so you're still not actually healthy.

He may be processing YouTube income as a higher priority because there's less "work" involved. Throw up videos, get money, rather than needing to regularly interact with an audience on Twitch.
