Oh don't worry there. Each of the classic condo tours used to feature a segment with the certificate. Associate Level.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=NNoH5sPWin8:50Bonus at 4:40 where Phil explains how he fell in love with a fictional character, and also "Boobies, boobies, boobies, boobies. Titties, titties, titties, titties." The edgy 90's lives on in the heart of the pig.
I know he's basically completely spelled it out many times lately, but hearing him directly say it here. . .just wow
He literally wanted to fuck video game characters the same way Sidella wants to fuck Princess Garnet from FF9 :cringe:
He thinks he's being unfaithful to his wife if he says anything about a video game girl because he actually wants to fuck them 🤮

Jesus fuck how fucking sad is his selection of possessions it's just fucking toys and shit for gradeschoolers, has he ever owned a book that hasn't been made into a movie or more than three hundred pages?
I'm pretty sure he has tons of Hulk Hogan pop up books, ones with throbbing boners and everything.

Dude, I do not believe for a second that this guy, a finance major, has no money what so ever.
He's just playing stupid and hid his cash elsewhere (3rd PayPal account lol).

That's some serious turbo optimism there guy.

I am just really super confused.
This guy has been earning so much money and since his bankruptcy emerged to the public we now know for a fact that he avgs. 10k a month.
This is 2020 now and his golden years were years ago, so this now is being modest - and he earned so much by doing nothing. NOTHING. Raw footage uploaded straight onto YT for so many years, saying he has no time and it's his 'signature' that it's all unedited. LOL to that.
Now he has filled for a bankruptcy, still earning 10k avg p/m.
Let's just presume he has been earning this on average every year since 2011, even though this was when he earned the most, but just to roughly put some numbers into perspective:

1 month = 10,000
10 years = 120 months
120 x 10,000 = 1,200,000 USD

Dude, I do not believe for a second that this guy, a finance major, has no money what so ever.

He's probably made about $600K total from his Youtube channel. He didn't start streaming on Twitch again until 2017, and I think he's made a ballpark of between $250K and $300K from Twitch cheerssubsandtips to date. That puts your guestimated total around $300K to $350K too high.

Phil has been self-employed this whole time which puts his averaged tax rate + FICA at around 30%, so there goes $270K to Uncle Sam. I think his CT Condo monthly mortgage is around $1,200, so 8 years of payments on that is $115K. Phil was leasing a BMW for like 5 years, if we say that's $500/month that's $30K. Phil's CT income tax bracket from 2011 to 2014 was 6%, he was making quite a bit of Youtube buck during this time period so that alone could be $16K to $25K. In 2014 Phil took out a loan for the Wakando that he put 5% down on, call that $11K, and has 6 years of $1,800 monthly payments on it totalling $130K. In 2017 Phil bought a new car that he's paying $380 per month for so the monthly payments have been like $14K.
That puts us at ($270K+$115K+$30K+$16K+$11K+$130K+$14K) $586K and we haven't even considered health insurance for 9 years, multiple vacations, the egregious amounts of shit he bought, $7K to haul said shit across the entire continent, 9 years of piggys liquor and food bills, 3 round trip tickets from Michigan for the "Weekend Girlfriend Experience" with Kathy, 500+ new blu-rays, $400 titty paintings, like 3 $1,000 gamer quilts, etc, etc, etc.

Phil also had a lot of credit card debt from before 2011 that he had just finished paying off right before he bought a 2nd condo and moved, so consider mid-2014 Phil as being at $0 and then he sank tens of thousands into the move and subsequent 'fill up my serious adult house' months long shopping spree all on credit that he hasn't paid off since. I don't believe Phil has any secret savings. Oh yeah, let's not forget $40K+ on WWE Champions ;)
You can look into it yourself if you're interested, but the Machinima of 2012 that Phil signed onto a partner contract with was a highly predatory network that used to sign people's channels up 'in perpetuity' (forever) with no option to leave, by the time Phil was signing on it was usually 3 to 7 year contracts. They always signed people up for a $2 per 1,000 views contract ($2CPM), while the company itself would pocket all the rest of the ad revenue and generally do fuck all to benefit their partners. As long as you didn't make a stink and didn't mind the shitty terms there was generally no issue. It was actually Pigroach luck again when they let him go for being annoying.

I'll try to make an estimated breakdown here for you. By January 2017 Phil's DSPGayming channel had 378 million views, that channel was created April 15th 2010 and not partnered whil Machinima until 2012 so I'll call that 20 months of views with no revenue out of the 80 months between the creation date and January 2017, 378 million views ÷ 80 months = 4.725 million views per month averaged, 4.725 million views per month × 60 months × $2CPM = $567,000 over 5 years or $113,400 per year. . .depending on how his actual views distribution fluctuated through this time period. . .but you start to get a rough ballpark figure. He likely was making the same amount to maybe a bit more or less due to fluctuating view counts.

This leaves you with the question: Why would Phil refer to the same amount or slightly more income as "they paid me disgusting amounts of money"? At the time Phil's expenses were significant lower: 1 mortgage ($1,300/month), car payment, utilities, regular internet, etc. I've also been told he had some debt he was paying back at the time, though he likely routinely had at least $3,000 to blow on whatever random bullshit he felt like during this time period; then if we fast forward to today where he racked up large amounts of credit card debt expecting to repay based on current income levels and his monthly YouTube views fell by half in 2016(and his paycheck), took on a 2nd mortgage, his baseline expenses have basically doubled, he still seems to spend $1,000+ per month on restaurants/groceries, . . .

Basically piggy is crying because for a few years he used to have more money to spend than he could figure out what to do with, even though he essentially makes slightly less now than he did then. The really funny part to me is that his 2018 YouTube average CPM was the same amount he used to get from his Machinima contract. The thing that changed is his views are like less than 20% of what he was getting. . .because his content is shit and it's arguably much worse and less entertaining since he started streaming on Twitch.
This is possible, but his views have tanked by more than 20%. He used to be in the 5M-10M monthly range. It didn't last very long (maybe 1-2 years), but that would qualify him for alot more money than he's making now. Everything else you said regarding his expenses, however, is dead-on accurate, and probably the bigger reason he complains now.
Since alotta peepul were asking due to the 'Foreclosure Saga', 'Where did all Phil's YouTube money from before moving to Washington go?' and I was also curious, I went looking. I had heard it mentioned several times that before the YouTube money started rolling in Phil had been in quite a bit of debt. As you listen to Phil here a pattern seems to emerge.

Phil, in his own words, had been just racking up credit card debt his entire adult life. He got the receptionist gig at the helicopter parts warehouse at the end of 2006, and instead of paying off his credit card debt he made minimum payments, then bought the CT condo in 2009 for $130,000 while still having credit card debt. This video is from Thanksgiving 2012 and he is talking about how the YouTube money has allowed him to finally ALOMST pay off his credit card debt. Around this time he started leasing a BMW. In 2014 he bought the Wakando, paid for the entire move with credit cards, and began leasing a different BMW after returning the old one. Essentially with the downpayment on the Wakando as soon as he saved up any money he immediately sank it into saddling himself with a 2nd mortgage and racked up a shitton more credit card debt doing so.

If anyone knows anything more specific about how much his pre-YouTube debt was I'd be interested to hear.
I found this fairly illuminating. Big ups to https://PigPigGo.net for adding 'Start Date' and 'End Date' parameters to their search functionality. Timestamped at 5m06s

i get so triggered when he plays WZ...he’s so transparent with the absolute minimal effort he puts out...

It’s Phil man...stop.

An understated big expense is how much Phil has potentially spent on Leanna and Katherine to keep them around. Especially Katherine, who really seems to wear the pants in the "family". She may well be getting every damn expensive thing she wants.
I don't think Khet wants expensive digital oiled up naked muscle men in speedos.

Cant have a snack or something while it’s cooking and has to be doing nothing at all for it to be relaxation time Smh
So... on top of Phil's house not being insulated properly, his kitchen is wired improperly in that he cannot use more than one burner in his kitchen at the same time. He also can't use the oven, microwave or any other appliance while the sauce is simmering.

Holy shit.
You have illuminated me. Some legit crunched facts right here. I am speechless. Just speechless on how someone can be this irresponsible. It bites him hard in the ass now, it will destroy him soon.

"and eat my first meal of the day at 10pm"

Phil, how many meals a day do you eat? I would feel terrible if you missed a couple meals...

Oh, you only eat one meal a day. Okay. But I thought you and Kat "grab a bite to eat right away" when you go out to run errands.

So don't go trying your Pignosis on me, Buster! You either don't eat until night time anyways, or you did already go out to eat while running errands.

Nobody on the planet is as busy as DSP is on his day off.
I really want to know WHAT FUCKING ERRANDS this dude has to do?
I hope Nancy makes him itemize them.

I remember him saying how busy he is through out the day, then a while ago he said he does his grocery shopping at night

he eats out for breakfast, lunch and dinner so wtf are they doing

I believe the mistake people make when trying to figure out Phil's schedule on his day off is simple: they believe in Phil.

Just assume everything he says is a lie. Apart from going to the grocery store and eating at a restaurant, I doubt he does anything else.

He is clearly not in a fulfilling relationship. So he probably just stays at home all day, eats junk food, plays gacha games, masturbates and watches wrassling. Khet probably stays locked in her room and plays some vidya.
