Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Here's what I don't understand:

A political debate now usually devolves into: "Trump bad, Republicans evil, Democrats bad, liberals snowflake, etc." Yet when I say baby boomer to describe them (frankly, it mainly is populated of that generation), it's a problem.

Why?

How mad must the left be that Trump has so many black supporters behind them? There goes that card they always fall back on.

Because they could be Gen X? I dunno, it’s a term that gets thrown a lot and people don’t check to see if it checks out. See any past buzzword from the last 10 years.

Just wait until they slip and say Uncle Tom. Bernie Bros already started with "low information voters." Although I still believe it's a case of pandering.

For me, "boomer" is more a lifestyle. Posting low quality memes, generalization of a population, being bigoted, etc. That's when I say it. You're welcome to disagree.

Yeah, trying to make it a “lifestyle” is what causes to lose meaning and just become a catch all insult along the lines of “person I don’t like”.
I mean, everything you just listed could just as easily describe a leftist millennial twitter user.

Sorta what I'm trying to prove. Notice my Uncle Tom and "low information voters" part with describing Blacks that don't vote their way. Eventually, it'll lose meaning and you'll just appear as prejudiced or narrow minded.

Those people are called Zoomers. Like when middle aged white women complain to the manager about a small inconvenience. They call those Karens.

Where the hell was that picture taken

It's from some sort of training because you can see a blank adaptor on the barrel of the rifle.

Also his use of the term loaded guns gives him away. I saw a couple of pictures at the protest of people carrying handguns but you can't tell if a handgun is loaded it not by looking at it (unless it's a revolver, still can't tell if in a holster). He's clearly talking about the people that were carrying rifles with magazines that are translucent or have windows on them that show how many rounds left.

I've never served but I have a couple of friends who are ex-Marines and Rangers. None of them would ever use the term gun to talk about a rifle. Most civilians with any knowledge of weaponry wouldn't either, in my experience.

Notice that he doesn't call himself a combat veteran on his website and all of the photos on it are clearly from training exercises.

edit: as to not piss any Marines off, there is no such thing as an ex or former Marine

Small correction; zoomers are their own group (Gen Z, circa late 90s to the late 2010s) and don’t have nearly as much pull as millennials, often seen as way too young. To give you an example of what I’m talking about, a good chunk of zoomers were straight up too young to vote during the 2016 elections.
I am curious on what you would call a black or Asian Karen.

Almost all black women are Karens, the Asian Karen is grandma.

This man is asking the right questions. I actually haven't thought that far. Probably just Karen for now.

I don't mean to derail, DM me if you want to have this discussion again.

Generally, the pigeonhole of political beliefs is from the baby boomer generation on Twitter and Facebook. Not to mention the millennials. For me, it's better than just saying Democrats or Republicans.

Boomer only annoys me because it only applies to the post war (and by war I mean WWII) baby boom. Seeing people call 35-40 year olds boomers is like seeing someone call a man they disagree with an incel, i.e. they can’t refute anything and go to ad hominems.

blame the "okay boomer" meme, you may actually mean baby boomers but the average person uses it to mean old man/Dad.

Seething, if trump manages to get even 30% of the black vote be prepared for them to break out Nigger, From personal experience if you leave the plantation for any reason you are less than human.

Because you use it improperly, and do so all of the time. See:
For me, "boomer" is more a lifestyle. Posting low quality memes, generalization of a population, being bigoted, etc. That's when I say it. You're welcome to disagree.

Also, hold up. Is the bolded why you accused me of being a boomer? 😐

I

I didn't accuse you, I asked you.

Okay, is that why you asked me?
