Attempted to go about some digging, and I'll be honest I am not well-versed in tax lingo but I tried to grab what I thought might be insightful from Pierce County's Property Tax website, all public record. I found a category regarding sales, but not 100% sure that's what we're looking for. Either way, the property tax is a bit up there... or I'm cheap, a strong possibility.
