>One of the videos linked here she specifically says that her parents paid for her to go to Pottergate. She giggles and says she's so fortunate to have such supportive parents. (quoting isn't working for some reason, sry for being a dumbass- but I am selfdiagnosed with dumbass identity disorder so actually if you're mad about that its ableist)
Fucking christ, this makes me sick to see. Btw, you can experience tons of childhood trauma but if you have good caregivers, it will likely stop you from developing PTSD and DEFINITELY will stop you from developing DID. If you had such supportive parents that not only can't understand where you'd have been abused AND have clearly been supportive of you your entire life....yeah, fucking kys for claiming this horrible diagnosis. Disgusting. The few people I've seen that definitely have DID not only don't make it a focal point of their life, but also have experienced horrendous abuse at the hands of their family members. Clearly no parental support when your parents are the one tormenting and abusing you for your entire life, and with no outside caregivers to support the child outside of their continued trauma, DID was formed. But apparently Chloe had these caregivers (parents) that were always supportive and so even if she was somehow abused without her parents knowing, the child-brain had a reliable and regular caregiver interaction to integrate how to deal with stressful situations, had that attachment to their caregivers, etc.
