Sorry for the late quote, but I've been catching up on the thread.

There are two things happening here:

The louder voices in the video constantly shout: "Hasta el coño de tantos cojones", which could be translated to "We're up to the pussy of so many balls". It's a rough translation, but I'm not gonna go deeper into explaining; compare it to "I'm up to my ears" in English. In this case, they are TERFs fed up of trans-women, doubling down on the body part difference.

The beautiful and brave woman being recorded repeats "Kill the TERF" [sic] a few times. Then, she says "Son los cojones los de todas, me dais igual.", which means "They are every women's balls, I don't even care." The first part could be wrong since it's pretty hard to distinguish, but the "I don't care" it's pretty clear.

(The second "los" in italics is actually wrong. It shouldn't be there, but it's a pretty common mistake among Spanish speakers)
