He was undateable to begin with-- trooning out is basically a symptom of cluster B personality disorders. He was probably always a nut job-- the trooning just made it more obvious.

The silver lining to this troon fad is that it makes it super clear at a single glance which people are crazy and need to be avoided. So at least they're saving people time in that respect.
