I did not grasp the full context of what @Marissa Moira was saying till I saw the pic @King Dead posted. This moron trying to act cool with a wacky wig really put the two games side by side and tried to make a comparison between the two saying the latter was lazy?!? I too would cover my face in shame if the presenter of a panel I attended said something so asinine and followed it up with "Well I guess I should capture this moment for perpetuity and look slight bored by it".

I wanna add, just for me personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with his crowd size. It seems perfectly fine for someone of Bob's caliber. I have literally never seen a Utilikilt outside of a con before. When I've gone to cons, I've seen quite a few, but never in my day-to-day life. They're bizarre to me, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

I count about 120 people across those pictures, and that's before the panel even started. We know one person there was an intrepid kiwi reporting in on your dumb panel (thank you for your service @Papa Adolfo's Take'n'Bake), and according to his report a fair amount of people were leaving early. Who knows how many others were just there out of morbid curiosity? A little over a hundred people in a convention that pulls in 80,000+ attendees.

Face it, Robert, you're not a draw in any way, shape, or form. Your audience is nothing but fat, pasty neckbeards like yourself whinging about the good ol' days (no offense, Adolfo). You're a bitter old man who's past whatever meager prime he had, and you've failed to grow your audience to anyone but the few miserable people who think like you do.

I'm impressed, I've seen dumber panels fail to fill the seats so he's already more successful than most of the diversity panels that draw a dozen or so morons in a post-Gamergate world. It would be worth comparing his panel location with other con facilities though, sometimes it's just a place to sit and rest your feet in a walkathon.

TONS of retro style games of all sorts have started coming out, thanks to the rise of digital distribution, and not just from indie devs. Did these retards completely miss how Capcom started remaking Megaman games? How about popular 2D platformer games like Mighty Switch Force, Celeste, Shovel Knight, or Runbow, or games that revolve around fooling with traditional mechanics like Badlands, Superhot, or Affordable Space Adventures?
