I found Nerkish entertaining, but he was nothing but a clout chaser, as evidenced by his willingness to listen to Doug proselytise the gospel for fucking hours on end just to get on the same stream as Mike Nelson of MSTK3K.
He coined the term 'Comicsgate adjacent' FFS, so I don't know how you kick someone out of Comicsgate that never wanted to be part of the community in the first place.
And yeah, his discord was 'problematic' for Ethan, who was expected to heavily promote Cash Grab and associate his business with Nerkish. I imagine EVS didn't want to have 'cummy Jew ashes' thrown in his face by same SJW's that were already labeling him a Nazi, so I don't think demanding Nerkish delete his sewer of a discord was a big ask in the circumstances. CEcil can be edgy, but he knows where the line is.
Nerkish fancied himself an edgy-boi and flounced over doxing threats from a sped that now aligns, funnily enough, with Doug and Co. Mostly though, he flounced for being asked to act like a fucking adult, choosing instead to die on his 'free speech absolutism' hill like a total sperg, which is sad. A guy with MS, a minimum wage job and a kid could have probably used a couple of hundred grand. But whatever, he stuck by his principles I guess.
When you look at his 'oh so edgy' orbiters with their clown avatars, Comicsgate is well rid of those yapping speds. Rumble Terrier, Vikki, Sashi (remember when she used to pretend she was trans?) and that entire host of mentally ill speds that left with him were no loss.
Tug does the same thing every few months, mostly due to him being a cuck who let his wife fuck pan. Nasser got made fun almost anytime by evs and others when he make an appearance on the stream during cg's beginnings, probably got tired of being a whipping boy.
Nasser is still no less of a sped. And there's no shortage of creators that would have killed for his spot as whipping boy on every Comicsgate livestream, which allowed a guy with absolutely no discernible talent what so ever to make 18-25 grand for books you wouldn't wipe your arse with.
Nasser bumbled into Comicsgate on the back of his 5 minutes of fame for autisticly screeching at CB Cebulski and made being confrontational his entire shtick, despite being tiresomely bad at it, so he picked autistic fights with everybody and his sense of entitlement was actually real and frankly, unreal. He could demand to be taken seriously all he wanted, but why would you?
His five minutes of e-fame were done, and so frankly are TUGs.

Fuck Edwin. I used to tune out whenever he came on a stream on just avoid a fit of narcolepsy. I don't care for Warcampaign, but if they gate-keep the grifters like Pussy, Poulter, Doug and tutting Edwin I suppose they serve a purpose.
Doug was very aptly described as 'Hollywood Doug'. He shmoozed in and grifted the community and then couldn't get out fast enough the second he landed the rights to EWJ. He lept on the whole Handyman/Brad Ashworth controversy, which had nothing to do with him, just so he could declare himself finished with comicsgate from a smug moral high ground that justified his slinking off to himself as a moral stance that didn't make him look like the piece of shit that he is.
He brushed off Comicsgate like I imagine he brushes off anybody that has served their utility to him and has nothing more to offer. He was never coming back, but he didn't have to be such an ingrate to people as he walked away. So fuck him too.
