She’s 5ft2, I think. At 186 lbs she’d still be very obese. What she doesn’t seem to realize is that people who go from 400 lbs to 180 lbs look different than people who go from 120 lbs to 180 lbs. Your body doesn’t lose weight evenly and the skin doesn’t shrink fast enough or at all past a certain point for formerly morbidly obese folks. You won’t look like the pictures of 180 lbs people you see on the internet.
Chantal, your skin just isn’t as taut as the skin of someone who never was 400 lbs. At 180 lbs you’re still gonna have a hanging gut and fat folds all over your body. Now with more wrinkles too. You’re not gonna like your look at 180. You need to lose ALL of your excess fat. Then get skin removal done.

Not a doctor, but I'd imagine it's no picnic. Lots of tiny blood vessels, and the scars can be pretty damn gnarly.
As for it being covered, I think it depends on the patient. If it doesn't interfere with their daily life and health, then coverage is unlikely. But if it causes problems like constant skin infections or tearing, which can jeopardize health, then it can possibly be covered.
ETA: I dont know how it would work for Chantal with the Canadian system.

Not a doctor, but from what I’ve read it’s a pretty long and complicated procedure, and the recovery takes a long time and is painful. I imagine in her case it’d be necessary because of the large amount of lose skin she’d be left with. There’s always the risk of her developing sores and wounds from the skin chafing that could become infected and potentially kill her. The roach queen ain’t exactly known for her hygiene.

Exactly. And almost literally a year ago. I just happened to watch this video from March 2019. She's been given customized diet plans which she decided to ignore over and over and over and over again. She could have a meatloaf with greenbeans and a vegetable mash side. But she has to make herself be the victim, not the cause of failure once again.
She could have been 100 to 200 lbs lighter by now if she did a balanced 1,200 calorie diet and listened to her doctors and nutritionists. But she didn't and she mukbanged and ate shit food on and off camera while consuming enough food for easily 3 adults... and gained 20 or so more pounds and that's excluding the 7 lbs of cyst tissue (which is the average weight of a new born baby) that was removed plus the weight of the removal of her other organs. So in reality, her weight gain is more like 30-40 lbs in the past six months. Which is believable if each meal was 3,000 each as we were seeing in her videos.
She earns no sympathy.
ETA: She also earns no sympathy because she put off her cyst removal for over a year thinking this new age cleansing shit would 'heal' them and instead grew to the point she had to have her ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus removed. She keeps thinking and wishing that new age shit is going to fix her. Even this juicing thing based on the comments before they were deleted, she was doing as some sort of a 'dextox cleanse' which these bullshit vegan, plant based, new age, fruitarian videos claim when in reality our kidneys and livers detox. She ate into the whole 'cleansing dextox' bullshit yet again, and in her comments disavowed science.
Special kind of stupid.

Had a good chuckle yesterday when I watched her video and she was beaming about how she’ll eat nothing but delicious fresh watermelon in the summer (hee hee!), thinking to myself how batshit crazy she was for thinking she would still be a raw fruitarian in the summer. It’s all the funnier that she didn’t even make it one day. That being said the cycle COULD hypothetically lead her back to a raw vegan phase day in the summer so you never know lol

This is a frutarian couple that seems mostly homeless that travels around, mostly in Thailand, Indonesia, but they eat nothing but fruit. When they visit family in the country their parents live in, they have to literally buy cases of fruit since they have to eat so much fruit to sustain themselves.

Ahhh, I have been waiting all day for this BS. As soon as comments closed on the Fruitarian video, I knew we were in for something. It seemed unlikely she could make it a single day on her own terms again. When is the last time anything she did made it to Day 3? The hysterectomy mukbangs, which were always supposed to be "the last one" before switching to a liquid diet that never happened. So, I'm not sure even that counts...
She still doesn't get that "eating normal" [sic] involves "eating normal-sized portions". She can eat chocolate zucchini or whatever monstrosity it is every fucking day if she'd just stick to one stupid piece, and then go outside and build a snowman or something.
She thinks "maybe I'm not listening to the doctor" Gee, ya think? Gutless and stupid, she is.
So, like a fucking dingleberry, she goes back to square one. There's her penetrating intelligence at work again. Plus, the grift is on. Deprivation that nobody prescribed isn't doin' it for me guyz, and I don't like making content that I have to work at. I much prefer sitting around and eating on video. So, while I was a self-righteous prick again despite not having the willpower to make it through a single fucking day, let's just forget all that.
So: just as an exceptional child with an anal fixation always returns to playing with his own shit in the end, back to mukbangs. It is the only thing she knows. There is no other alternative in life, it is mukbang or starve.
Her bit about "I will lose all of you" is telling. It implies that she is aware enough to know that she is losing the love. She probably couldn't help noticing her deflated viewership numbers. Her thumbs up/thumbs down ratios were good on her earlier videos since returning, but turned negative with Fruitarian. She is aware that she is fucking her own channel over, but Clotso being Clotso, finding a way to keep eating must come first. Always.
She still wants Accountability. Despite, of course, shutting off the comments that were holding her accountable and telling her exactly what she is realizing herself (on a very superficial, retardo level)
It is yet another "slippery slope" but "I think I can make it work this time", which is what she said about Fruitarian, OMAD, healthy mukbangs, Chantal Daily, etc. et. al. She offers zero evidence as to why it would be any different this time, as she continues her spiral of the drain.
"I need to learn to meal plan and cook" Same old talk we've heard since 2017, and here we are...fatter than ever, partially disemboweled, stuck in a psychotic loop, and giving up everything for food every single time. This is gonna really get interesting as she becomes more acutely closer to actual death. That is the destination she is honed in on.
So: mukbangs, I mean social meals...
I suspect she averted a chimpout by pigging out on food today, too bad.
