I don't think this can be stated enough. Phil does a better job of fucking his life up then detractors ever have, and this new development only reinforces that. If people here can see that he's obviously committing fraud then I think we can at least be fairly confident that people who do this shit for a living will see it as well. I guess his whining on the last AtK about how college was useless and they don't teach you how to do the real stuff in life like managing debt (don't take out 12 credit cards) and paying rent (or else you'll get foreclosed on) makes sense now.
