If something came up with her being the one to own/operate the GFM due to "reasons" then couldn't she hand it over to someone who legally represents her, or an aid of sorts.. a third party? So the GFM isn't hers to do with as she wants, instead she would have to have permission from said "owner" of the GFM to allow her access to a certain amount of funds for justified (like goods/child care, as stated) reasons?
Like setting up a trust, it can be for you, but another persons name is on it that needs to sign off on what you are using it for when you want access to it? Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I don't mean an actual "trust" but something like it? Thus, her initials and story have been removed from it.. but it appears you can still donate to it?
Any legal kiwis know what I'm trying to say? That a possibility? So she can still access it, just through a third party that "controls" it now and would have to sign off on her using it?
