I've read this whole thread, and I can't tell you how many times I've looked at a troon's post and thought, "Damn, why don't you just learn to accept yourself as you are?" Enabling their delusions is not making these people happier or healthier. Therapists and psychiatrists need to stop using dysphoria as an explanation for everything and start acknowledging that these peoples' problems can't be caused by one thing. Clearly these people have other problems that vary from person to person, be it autism, endocrine disorders, unaddressed trauma in their past, personality disorders, eating disorders, body image issues, relationship problems, or any number of other things.

Non-passable trannies are one of the few times I'd encourage "non-binary" identities. Someone (doctor? therapist? friend?) would need to deliver a bit of tough love, and tell them that they will never look even sort-of like a woman. Some counselling and therapy could get them to think while they don't identify as a man, they won't be able to live as a woman, so why not be something in between?
People such as Blaire White or Theryn Meyer may or may not be 100% passable, but I'd believe them if they told me they could exist as a woman. But someone who looks like Danielle Muscato or Jessica Yaniv? No matter how much effort they make, they'll never be seen as women. So if you look like one of them, why not just accept it's not gonna happen, and exist as something else?

Like I said I don't believe in non-binary, but if it could be used as a coping strategy to stop people fucking up their lives, I'd be more likely to play along.

Yes. "Cis" is a Latin word, but it was never used in the same context that troons use it. Like the other poster said, there is no such thing as "cisgender." It is a concept made up by mentally ill men who like to play pretend they're cute little girls who are being sexually abused.

Troo, it’s a spatial locator. Troon usage of it is exceptional. The only context I’ve heard cis used correctly was in bookmaking.

Holy shit, where did you find this fucking cretin? A search for the username doc_wolverine turned up a Flickr and an Instagram for what appears to be a semi-English-speaking doctor in Indonesia (obviously not the guy).

But I found someone who is definitely the guy. He has a FurAffinity account that used to be VERY active, username "lisky." He claims to be a Family Medicine resident, born January 3, 1988.

It’s just that, as of the last few years, they’re adhearing more and more to the “”new theraputic standards”” for “””people with gender dysphoria””” aka kowtowing to perverse troonism. Pre-Caitlin Jenner-era the understanding that dysphoria was a workable mental illness that could be eased with transition and therapy was a respected consensus. Now, any dude that wears nailpolish is an egg and if you aren’t preemptively asking her her pronouns you’re a fucking bigoted piece of shit. The way these fucking schizoids have managed to reinforce narrow gender roles by playing out their fetishes IRL has produced way too many out-and-proud perverts. Part of the problem with today's "trans community" is that it's so poorly-defined that random perverts have been able to funnel themselves into the movement under the guise of "trans activism" and managed to gain positions of power. For example, we had the UK "trans students officer" Jess Bradley who was caught masturbating and smearing his dick against a keyboard in an office he shared with other people and posting pictures of it on Tumblr. Bradley had a long-time online footprint of sexual depravity mainly focused on exhibitionism ("cooking naked" was one of his earlier projects), and just a few years back there was nothing to suggest transgenderism in his presentation. This exhibitionist pervert only started identifying as trans once he realized he could use it to launch a career.
