Any pedo who gets caught will try to get out of it with victim blaming. There is a well known pattern called DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender). It shields other groomers and works when they gang up with numbers. You can only give in or get attacked and there's no place for doubt with them. They twist things with one sided stories and edits of documents they treat like facts, except they ignore them when they don't fit the narrative. Aark even says "court documents aren't evidence".

This is supposed to be an ordinary background for a nonprofessional who wasn't picking kids in trouble to groom. She was just doing freelance child protection service.

#Saveoursisk thinks Sisk was being an angel when the horny kid tricked her to send nudes. You have to trust them when they say the kid lied about her age. Sisk was just too innocent to ask for ID before sending nudes to an abuse victim while saving her at the same time. It was a totally normal situation with no red flags about a victim who was powerless and couldn't move out of the house, but the kid was also a smooth mastermind at the same time. Classic DARVO.

---> Blame dad as the real abuser, look over there

#Saveoursisk blames other adults for making kids want to get saved by Sisk. The story goes that Sisk sent nudes to a kid who lived with her dad controlling her (and that wasn't a warning flag) and he was the real abuser. The kid lied about age and couldn't have lied about abuse at the same time, and either way Sisk can't take responsibility. When Dad found the savior's nudes he caused the false charges. Conveniently, this came out after Sisk got caught and needed a defense instead of leaving it to professionals first.

Sisk was saving kids (from abuse that police conveniently couldn't find) but she forgot to save the chat logs. A very normal situation with abuse where professionals and evidence aren't part of saving kids. If there's no chat logs what about getting the other side from the kid who is adult now? If there was no grooming then wouldn't she want to help her friend Sisk, and wouldn't #saveoursisk welcome her? No they don't, she is another enemy to blame and shame.

---> Blame the kid again, the dad, the police, the system, and everyone else

#Saveoursisk says real abuser dad found Sisk's nudes and called police, then the horny kid got in trouble for making child porn. It was a totally normal situation where the police go after kids, and not a very far-fetched waste of their time. This very real problem made the kid go against Sisk so now they say the kid, the dad, and the police all teamed up. Everyone else is the bad guy. Sisk is an angel. She was not grooming, did not attempt to lure a minor to a comic con for the purposes of sex, nor was she ignoring warning flags, failing to give evidence, doing DARVO, and pissing off parents by blaming them for letting their kids get her nudes. They're the real criminals! Fascists, all of them!

If there was just a little crime when Sisk sent nudes, they think it's not bad because she was just being a freelance child protector. That's not a legal defense because pedos are known for being immature with arrested development and it doesn't matter if they act innocent while grooming. The law has no exceptions about intentions for sending nudes to kids. They are never responsible and there's no legal excuse for failing to verify ID. "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse."

Even if she got out of jail with the same expectations on any sex offender anywhere, it's still special oppression just for Sisk. Carcin posted documents of it. Actually they don't say anything about detransitioning. They do show lack of responsiblity like denying a relationship to #saveoursisk while taking money from it, and show how Carcin lies with no shame.

Courts modify terms to give permission for work all the time, but being out of jail wasn't good enough. Compliance with probation and seeking modification could have gained this. There wasn't even a good reason to refuse, it was for making comics and taunting cops.

--Sisk took a plea bargain because the evidence against him was so incriminating, challenging it by pleading not guilty would have been impossible at best and perjury at worst. He was ordered to remain in his home state while his case was being investigated, and when police in another state ran his plate, they discovered he was violating this order.
--Sisk received the LIGHTEST POSSIBLE SENTENCE for his crimes. Yes, probation does cut you off from bigger opportunities and is a heavy burden. But complying with the probation officer and making efforts to reform can exonerate you. These are the things you need to think about when you, and someone who likes you, are both lonely. Especially when that person is under the age of majority. And you can't demonstrate you didn't know. Because you did.
--Sisk's victim enjoys a positive relationship with her father. The claims of her abuse by him are slander, and if they impact the victim's family negatively, this could result in legal trouble for Carcin.

Sisk is unrepentant and sponges off Carcin's enabling. Carcin is a twisted creature filled with hate and malice. Both are dangerous and need to be avoided, silenced, and ridiculed for their actions.

Can't blame you if it's hard to pick out where that stuff is, because the screen of Aark defending a pedo is hard to read.

The TL;DR is that Aark's server hosted an underage user (Gelato) who was groomed for nudes from Aark's friend (Dicky). When Dicky got caught, Aark refused to call the police or report it to actually protect the kid. Instead he convinced the kid not to report it.

Then Aark went bullshitting around to protect both of his pedo friends, because anyone who gets caught is the real victim. These people can't just help their convicted pedo Sisk get better without doing massive justification and cover for grooming.

She would go out of her way to help people when they needed her, and has talked numerous people out of suicide If given the option, she would put huge strain on herself to help somebody else because she's selfless and one of the few people that I can look at and truly draw inspiration from to better myself as a person. Both myself, and many people she's talked to consider to be nothing short of a saint. But_years ago_ she was in a chat scam with somebody, who approached her with romantic advances. Sisk was interested. They hit it off and sexual interests were shared. They never actually met in person, but there was romantic contact. It turned out this girl Sisk met was underage. And through a lot of events that transpired. despite the fact that Sisk was not a predator, despite the fact that Sisk would never hurt a fly... she ended up being forced to plead guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, despite the fact that there was little evidence to prove the prosecutions case.

She got 2 lifetimes of probation, ban from the Internet, lifetime registration as a sex offender, forced to spend nearly a thousand dollars a month to cover the costs of random polygraph and DNA tests, as well as GPS ankle monitoring and any other random surprise tests her PO decides necessary. She was torn from her fiance, lost her home, her job, lives In extreme poverty, her family (innocent people not in any way Involved with what happened between Sisk and the girl) was plunged in to debt trying desperately to help her, her close friends suffered greatly as they tried to assist her to no real avail. And now here we are years later trying desperately to raise the money to help her escape this waking nightmare all because she made one mistake, and that mistake wasn't even INTENTIONAL.

Sex offender charges ruin lives. Forever. Not only that. but they also destroy the lives of people close to the person. Saying you're going to report somebody for this is more serious than you can possibly imagine, especially when the person involved could easily be reasoned with and made to realize what they are doing is a huge mistake and stop forever ESPECIALLY when the person is just confused and lonely and isn't a predator. Allow us to deal with Dicky so that it doesn't happen again, and think long and hard about what you're threatening. Because not only could the person recieving the nudes be charged, the underage kids taking and distributing them can also be charged Nor creation and distribution of child pornography, and now you've not just ruined one life, you've also potentially ruined your own. If we deal with this and it continues .then I can't stop you from doing what it is you feel you need to do. But for now, please. don't create another Siskmarek.

Like I said, i do not condone what dicky did and i'm not trying to defend his actions. because what he did IS serious. I just see a friend who is making bad choices right now, and I want to help him, not crucify him. The Internet makes It so easy to ignore actual age that this is something that happens quite frequently unfortunately, especially when the people involved act really mature. I'm trying to save a life here Once this is dealt with. Dicky is free to do as he wishes, and if he ignores what our warnings and advice and he continues, then i can't protect him. Gelato can't protect him. It's up to him to realize the gravity of the situation and stop for his own sake and the sake of those around him.

Looks like a whole bunch of threatening against a kid to get likes from a crowd, without any evidence the kid did anything.

Aark's original defense post for his friend Dicky, who sent the nudes, says nothing at all about being tricked by a kid. Aark said "what Dicky did is very wrong and it should not have happened to begin with, because Dicky knows better, and I know he knows better."

Amazing how every kid these people ever encounter is a master manipulator lying about their age. It keeps being a problem to them, as if they are hanging out with a lot of kids. Coincidentally, while they keep justifying their convicted pedo in the same place where nudes are getting exchanged.

So to be really fair, wouldn't there be less grooming in his server if they didn't allow people they know are 16?

Interesting how fast these already clearly scummy defenses are coming up here.
