Precocisous puberty, causes a lot less problems than delayed puberty, putting your child on Puberty blockers because you don't want them to "Grow up too fast." Is inherently selfish. I would classify it as a form of child abuse. Though I heard early puberty is also known to lead to a shorter stature.

Other than the cultural history in Thailand that predated today's Ladyboys, I think their casual attitude towards it is what helps Thailand be such a chill country towards trans people. It's just not a big deal because the trans people aren't making it a big deal
