Damn, you do the same stupid shit we do over here,
Why does anyone think that giving a Case back to the same judge who has messed it up once is a good idea?
thanks for the clarification. 👍
Because if it does come back hes got atleast 3 judge/peers telling him to redo it again and this time correctly. For all intent and purpose, i dont think judge chupp is wholly incompetent more than lazy and doesnt like dealing with bullshit anime cartoon voice actor petty feud. He probably thought at first it wasnt worth a look at and judges are busy.
Court system is clogged to shit with dumbassery and TCPA whose intent is twofold (get rid of bad faith suit that clogs up the system and protect ppl speeches) actually fails at both. Prevent people, like Vic, the ability to defend themselves in a court of law and clog the system to shit with pre-trial bullshit. Were gonna be going over a year before the actual trial can even possibly start because of the TCPA.

Really off topic, but I wanted to share.

Found this Qrow compilation.

1. It's funny.
2. Goes to show you that Vic is a very skilled voice actor and did a good job with Qrow. Not only during the funny moments, but also during the darker moments, like the bullshit alcoholism arc in season 6. He can do both funny and sad.

RWBY fans nowadays like to claim they always hated Vic as Qrow, yet this tribute was made back when Vic still voiced the character. Qrow has always been a fan favorite and his voice played a part in that. Qrow's new VA pales in comparison to Vic. Also tries very hard to imitate Vic (and fails), so Vic's performance can't be as bad as they claim.

Did she really think she was in an anime where she imagined the sequence of this shit? lmao stupid cunt
All their stories sound like anime/movie or other fictionnal pieces. These people don't know how reality works.
If you look closely, you'll even see "direction tropes" in those stories, you know, those little tricks used by directors to manipulate the viewers, stuffs like dramatic pauses.
They're honnestly just one step away from describing the background music and visual effects, that's hilarious.

A small but of info to add here, there is the possibility that the appeals court rules on what causes pass TCPA directly and then just tell Chupp "You fucked up on this, this and this, now take them to trial and try not to fuck up again."

Vic is far better an actor than his station has allowed him to be. These spergs don't know that because "lol he just does voices for animu what a loser" but he is classes above these peons. Watch Star Trek Continues. You'll see what I mean.

“The livestream is now being scrutinized in the wake of Mignogna’s unsuccessful lawsuit”. Scrutinized by who? You? As far as I can tell, I haven’t seen any major figure in the anime industry saying anything outside of you and Anime Narrative Network.

And once again, Chris Sabat and even DC Douglas were never mentioned in this article. Either these chumps watched the stream in bits or something, something bribery.

I dunno. Nick can pull off a pretty good Vic voice. Maybe the new VA is just that bad.

The new VA would be a decent replacement if Vic could not continue the series for other reasons.

Right now though it is just a reminder that Rooster Teeth put their politics before their art. That some group of producers fired Vic while protecting Grey Haddock. That most of these producers were fired with Haddock or replaced as Jordan Kevin brought his own people in.

And no one will hold Shannon McCormick, Matt Hullum or Miles Luna to account for this fuck up. There won't be any apology. Just them scooting away from this mess as quickly as possible.
But Chupp has been exposed by Vic's genuine charms and Lemoine's exceptional lawyering. Something tells me this arc's gonna have a different ending.

So far Chupp has been the Mr Bean of judges. And that is a charitable interpretation of his actions. Just because he knows what is coming doesn't mean he has the skill to solve it.

Well that reads pretty neutral, they could have emphasized that "admitted" he tugged jamie's stank ass hair but they didn't.

Wait, what did Shannon do? I recall him being pretty funny on On The Spot. Sucks for him and everyone else if he joined the Vic dogpile. You just can't trust anyone anymore...

EDIT: My bad. I thought a funny dude was talented or something. GTFO LIBREALS, or something! Rite? How'm I doin'? lol

Brought T. Greg Doucette in for the case.
Shannon also got the dox for TUG and I think what happened was he threatened to release it. That or he did it anyway. Also, he brought in the stupidity that is the #Threadnought.
