Pages of autism have been written about Nick's rant and his position of speaking out about lawsuits, however i think his eyes are clouded by the original LOLsuit and other topics he covers. This is a serious lawsuit turned into a "joke", mostly by the actions of the defendants, their friends, their counsel, a judge who didn't care and twitter spergs with no attachment. The LOLsuit was always a laughable lawsuit, brought by a joke.

IIRC Monica already claimed as such in her story about Vic or it was someone else around the time in reaction to when Vic first addressed things at Bak-Anime 2019. I know for a fact I saw "Crocodile Tears" mentioned back then.

Because they have either realized long ago or are now beginning to that without voice acting they have no real relevant job experience to offer in the real world if the anime industry suddenly went tits up and it all went away. Any sort of "clout" they have is from their niche of niche fandoms who bother to actually remember their names. Take that away and they are literally nobody.
