I remember when David Draiman, the lead singer of Disturbed, gave up drinking and smoking as it was negatively affecting his singing ability.
I imagine that most singers give up or keep such habits to a minimum for the same reason.

B) Was it "Fuck you you stupid cunt, why can't you be useful and have a goddamn cigarette" or "You don't have any cigs? Shit". Because one is completely different from the other.
