I was also remembering Null and McAfee being on a stream or podcast together at some point, possibly an episode of TDS, but I can't find any episode on the TDS site where they're listed together, nor an episode of MatI with McAfee. However, I did find a stream with Old Angry Normie interviewing McAfee where Josh calls in:
