As a highlight, Melinda just said in the other thread that she wants to murder me. For what? The torah doesnt count any form of stalking as a capital offense as a capital offense. In the torah, libel, slander, and harassment were dealt with via an eye for an eye mentality and methodology. The fact that she wants to murder me but only doesnt cause she cares about her family shows her heart is evil. After everything i did for her. After all the money i sent her, etc.
If Melinda had just agreed to be at peace with me and on minimal speaking terms, this whole drama these last several years wouldnt have happened. So she is to blame for all the hardship she has suffered during these last few years by being so stubborn. Im innocent of the charge of stalking. Shes just an incredibly stubborn woman. She could have avoided all this drama she caused/started with me had she simply loosened up on her rigidity.
Also her stupid lie about being a prostitute ruined a wonderful friendship. All this happened cause she chodr to end our friendship for a stupid reason, that reason being my different belief than her about who can be saved. Meanwhile she gives marshall so many excuses and justifies his abuse. It blows my mind how ridiculous Melinda has been to me and everyone else who ever cared about her. She also always applied an unfair and inconsistent standard with me always holding me to a higher standard than everyone else in her life. It was rrally annoying and cruel for her to treat me like that when we were friends.

Let's be real here: Marshall ain't going to do shit besides post dumb threats. Because he's a giant pussy. First of all, i did follow the agreement. I was faithfully sending the money and respecting the truce. I didnt contact anyone from kiwi farms while i did restitution with melinda. Secondly Melinda agreed to do restitution with me when she had divorced you by her own testimony. You werent consulted in her decision. She also said that she made sure you wouldnt be getting a single penny of what i sent her since she said you financially abuse her by not helping her adequately financially.
If melinda wants to resume restitution all she has to do is reach out to me draft a peace treaty and agree to restitution and part of that would be a gag order not being allowed to talk about her to anyone connected with kiwi farms nor to post about her in a manner visible by the publiv. So if she wanrs truce and reztitution money im more tgan happy to resume an arrangement of some kind. Wed have to work out the kinks of the details tho. but if not, then thats her choice and in that case it is not my fault for not giving her the rest of restitution money

In response to Melindas mischaracterization of what i said to her, i said in the email that id keep tabs on her. She didnt like that so she showed the fbi what i said. the fbi gave me a warning and said dont talk to her anymore. I agreed. The fact is, there is nothing wrong with periodically checking up on someones online activity. If someone has a fb profile i can view their public posts. thats not a crime. If someone has public lawsuits, i can view the contents. Thats not a crime. If someone has a youtube channel or personal website and updates it occasionally, i can view their videos and website. thats not a crime. And if someone has a public page where they post academic research, and i view or download their freely and publicly distributed pdfs, thats not a crime.
Thus the phrase i used "keeping tabs" is twisted by melinda into something it was never intended by me to be. I am blameless in this.

No that earlier one was a different email. There was a long email thread with me and melinda yelling at each other back and forth in email. We emailed each other a total of 18 times, 9 times each back and forth.
