Have the person standing in a normal pose without the phone covering the face and the illusion of passing is gone.
There is no illusion of passing even with the phone (although you can easily tell that his face isn't feminine even with most of it covered) . That contrived pose is a classic "emphasize the female figure" one yet I see wide shoulders, no tits, no waist, no hips and huge hands.
