Microstrokes do exist, but they only last a day or so (they're more known as Transient Ischemic Attacks). I think he might have had a second one he's hiding to avoid having to acknowledge the fact his diet ain't working. Either that or the stroke took that partially too but he hid it until he chose to film himself watching.

I've talked with several (5 if it matters) medics recently about Jack's diet and causes for strokes. Mind you, they are not dietitians, but medics that want to be in the medical field after their time in the military. They vary in age and rank from E-3 up to E-7.

Each one said that Jack's stroke was caused by blockage from a wildly poor diet. Sugar and energy drinks play a factor, but it isn't going to be the main cause.

Mine's 15% for a baseline. If you're above and beyond, you get 20%. If you were kind of bad but earnest, 10%. Cunt staff (which do exist) just get a penny since that's more insulting than if I didn't tip.

If Jack was my chef or waiter, he'd only be tipped in pennies.
