You know she is starving after three days in the hospital. She would say that her body needs more calories than usual because of food deprivation and she needs them for her body to heal after surgery. Why would she starve? She didn't have a WL surgery so she's free to eat whatever she wants. Sure she might be groggy from being under but that should already be long gone after 24 hours.
