Why do spednaught instantly assume Vic's house was fraudulently moved into a trust?
The only person they claim was surprised was Martinez, who until 2 weeks ago stated on record he was still being read into the case.

This is a smart idea. If your house is in a trust, it can't be taken from you. A friend of mine who is a business finance person for a large local business does the same thing.

I think sometimes people do it to make the money unavailable to pay creditors, and sometimes to hide assets.

Still puzzling. From what I understand Texas is very lenient on debtors. They couldn't take Vic's house as payment, unless it was a secondary house.

My understanding is that if you do it clearly to make the assets unavailable to fulfill a judgement, the court can take the assets anyway.

The only thing left to make this day fulfilling is Doucette getting rekt over his bankruptcy.
I'm optimistic but also wouldn't be very surprised if Chupp just waved everything through tomorrow.

Martinez did bring up the strange billing from Funimation, but wheeler is referring to dumbfurd's opinion on it lol.
Of course they surprisingly didn't mention or quote what Chupp, and Martinez discussed.
