No, you cannot. However, I am pretty damn sure you can be arrested on multiple charges if you drive someone to suicide, particularly if they succeed. Nice try though, kid.

That person and I are cool now, and she's not committing suicide at all now, or at least not because of me. However I would beware Jam, he can cause any one of you to go insane and is a known-backlasher. Goodbye fuckers, this isn't over.

Alright guys, let's not get too emotionally invested in this. They're irredeemable, and seem to have broken several laws from what's been detailed and done in this thread so far, but you're honestly not going to make things any better by A-Logging the unholy fuck out of them with every post you make here. Better to just log the really stupid and incriminating shit they say and forward any relevant information where it needs to go.
