On a note related to weeb wars, she's been mostly quiet on this right? Or maybe has liked some stunning and brave posts? I haven't kept up with her.
On a realistic note, they don't need a reason to fire him. At-will employment. It gets sticky if there was a contract involved, but they could fire him because his pants were too gay.
Why they really fired him is a question for the ages.

There was a contract, and it specifically states he can only be terminated via letter/form. They still haven't notified him of his termination according to the contract.
Vic can actually make a case for breaking contract, as they fired him over the phone only. Violating his contract.
Odd Ty, didn't really bring that up as part of the causes of action really.

Chupp did ask at the hearing I believe if that was also a cause when Ty mentioned Vic suffered damages, and was terminated.
Then again, Chupp didn't care for wait for Ty to bring up the evidence, since this was all in the binder he rejected :/

Also, to me that sounds like she and her brother were estranged from each other. Who wants to bet she distanced herself from him because he voted for the wrong person?
For anyone who doesn't know, she has an extreme case of TDS. Think she wished unwanted pregnancies on the daughters of Republicans before, because abortion.

Didn't know about them being a tranny, I eagerly await your post about that. But the attention whoring part is most definitively true, glad someone said it.
I mean, recently they said they'd carve Monica's name into their arm as retaliation for her blocking them.

That's borderline psychotic, if you ask me. I know a lot of ISWV spergs are, well, very spergy. I can look past most of that, because it mostly isn't much more than them being hardcore weebs or being a little too emotionally invested. But I can't look past someone threatening self harm and suicide over getting blocked. That's autistic as hell, possibly even more than that. Not to mention that that Ruki person threatened self harm before, they seem to do that regularly and then blame it on their "depression".
For once, I can't blame Monica for blocking someone.
They were happy when Vic answered their emails, but what will they do should Vic not answer one of their messages fast enough? Send him pictures of fresh self harm scars and tell him that he's responsible for that? Vic should stay away from them as well.
Honestly, when we see autistic behavior, we should call it out, no matter who it's coming from. We're already quite good at that, though.
If you talk about your depression as an offhand matter of fact thing like that
If you seem to wear your suicidal tendencies as a badge of pride on your shoulder waiting for someone to knock it off
Then you ain't fucking depressed and you aren't suicidal, you're just a little bitch who found something that gets you attention and you can use as a sword and shield against anyone who interacts with you.
"Tumblr Depressed" and "Tumblr Suicidal" is just like "Tumblr Trans." Just a bunch of broken fucking children who found ways to manipulate others for attention.

Could be a situation similar to Chupp's response to J-ADOLF Lemoine's spurging about the improperly notarized affidavits - laypersons might be impressed but the judge wasn't, and Ty knows he'd get nowhere making a big deal out of it.
Unlike J-ADOLF Ty seems to have restraint and a sense of balance, and may not want to run the GFM down unnecesarily.

That clip was really heartbreaking. The poor man did nothing to deserve any of this. It’s sad.
I hope Vic knows that there are people out there who genuinely care for him, that his true friends in this industry have his back and that no matter what happens, we will always do all we can to support him.

The way I see it, it doesn't matter. If they play by their own rules, Monica Rial went ahead and victimized a suicidal trans person because her straight neurotypical white self felt oppressed by them. Does it matter that they're faking it or doing it to get attention? No. Because it wouldn't matter if it were Vic doing it instead.

honestly what kind of cold hearted person do you have to be to despise vic like monica does.
i just cant see how she can lay back and let this shit happen to him, all vic wants to do is to just meet his fans and do his job
vic said in the deposition he has never been arrested in his life. and the only bad thing we are aware of was him cheating and that's it... there's nothing out there, not a single piece of evidence of this man committing any wrong doing and that is what annoys me the most.
30 years and not a single picture or anything just words that have been contorted and changed as the story goes on.
i really hope vic does come close to where i live hoping he would come to a convention near me so i can give him a big hug. he has recieved so much negative attention and shit from people becuase a bunch of snakes arent happy with themselves.

I just see a bunch of "See? More proof that he IS homophobic" comments and potentially even an article cropping up if it were Vic doing it since the go to for the KV crowd is to weaponize whatever they see him do or say. Monica, aside from getting flak on Twitter from the ISWV crowd for what she did, wouldn't really get much thrown her way since she's a poor, innocent angel that dindu nuffin.
Also they recently announced an OVA based on a manga side story that revolves mainly around the character of Rohan Kishibe from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Rohan being voiced by Vic in the English dub of JoJo
They've released like 1 or 2 other of these OVAs like this since 2017 and there's no word if there's an English dub for them coming but it sure would be neat to have Vic reprise his role for them if they do get one. Especially since he'd pretty much be the main character.
